Calum and I got to Bodega Bay early this morning. It was gorgeous here. It was still really early so there weren't many people out. It was quiet. All you could hear were waves crashing against the rocks and the sounds of seagulls,
"What if we park and take a little walk then grab some breakfast?" Calum spoke, parking in a lot that overlooked the water. I nodded and we got out of the car. I shivered slightly. Since it was 6:00 am, it was chilly.
Calum shivered slightly too and opened the trunk. He opened his bag and grabbed two hoodies. He put one on himself and then put the other over my head, fixing my hair. I soothed out the hoodie, allowing the bottom to pool around my thighs.
"You're cute" Calum laughed and kissed my forehead,
"I love when you do that" I smiled,
"What? Kiss your head?"
I nodded,
"I'll keep that noted" he winked. He grabbed us both masks and put them in his pocket then took my hand and led me down the wooden boardwalk.
As we walked, we didn't talk. We didn't need to. We were happy just being with each other. Our hands swung between us and every now and then Calum would lift our hands and kiss my knuckles. Calum is truly a good guy, a good boyfriend, and quite romantic. He doesn't see that about himself though. The media always calls him the fuck boy or a man whore- he'll believe it too. But he's none of those things.
We approached a small town and found a small restaurant to eat at. We put our masks on and walked in, being seated in a corner booth,
"What are you getting?" Calum spoke as we looked at the menu,
"Waffles with fruit" I hummed,
"That's all babe?" Calum asked, his head tilting,
"That's all" I nodded. I actually wasn't feeling all the great. I haven't felt good all morning and it's slowly getting worse. I felt a little queasy last night too, but it's probably just my period coming,
"Okay, well if you're still hungry you can have some of what I get"
I smiled and nodded as the waitress came over.

After eating we started walking back to the car to go to our next location. As we walked, I tugged Calum down to the sand to walk. Calum chuckled and let go of my hand,
"Look cute" he grinned then took a picture of me. Within seconds my phone had an Instagram notification from him,

"Aww someone's blushing" Calum teased,
"Stop" I whined before suddenly leaning over and emptying everything that was in my stomach,
"Jeez baby" Calum held my arms as I stood back up, "Have you been feeling sick?"
I nodded,
"Okay" he sighed then picked me up, letting my arms and legs wrap around him as he began carrying me to the car.
He sat me in the front seat then pulled back,
"Why didn't you say anything?" he asked,
"I didn't want to ruin this trip or anything" I shrugged,
"Baby, you wouldn't have ruined it. I care more about your health than this trip"
I sighed and he got in the driver's seat,
"We're just going to the hotel. It's four hours away. If you need me to pull over just tell me"
I nodded and laid my seat back. I felt Calum's hand go to my knee, using his thumb to rub circles as I closed my eyes.

I woke up again when Calum opened my door and unbuckled me,
"I already checked us in. We just got to go to the room"
I nodded and got out. As I stood I had sharp pains in my stomach. Some were close to what I felt with my appendix.
We walked into the room and Calum put our bags down,
"Do you want to try and shower?" Calum asked, pulling me into his hold. I nodded and pulled him with me to the bathroom.
He washed my hair and body before we got out and climbed in bed,
"How do you feel right now?" Calum asked as he rubbed circles on my stomach,
"It's like pains, like a mix of period pains and my appendix pains"

Calum hummed and kissed my head as I felt an odd sensation. I got up and headed into the bathroom, going to sit on the toilet when I saw the blood in my underwear. But it wasn't like my period blood. This was thicker.
Panic mode set in as I saw it,
"Calum!"
Calum rushed in, his eyes wide when he saw it,
"Did you start?" He asked,
"No. Something else is wrong" I teared up as a sharp pain came through my stomach, "Can you call my mom?"
Calum nodded and ran and grabbed my phone, dialing my mom's number,
"Hi honey" her voice came through the speaker,
"Hey it's Calum"
"Calum? Is everything okay?"
"Mom somethings wrong" I teared,
"What do you mean?" She asked very calmly,
"There's like a lot of blood but not period blood. It's thick and I feel like I'm being stabbed"
I heard my mom suck in a breath,
"Calum, I think you guys should go back to LA and then go to the women's hospital" my mom spoke,
