{ Adley }

I woke up with a groan. Calum took me to get tested yesterday and almost immediately the results came back saying I had the coronavirus. My head was still pounding and I was still freezing my ass off. I still had a cough and I still couldn't taste or smell. I tried to get Calum to just let me go to a hotel or something so he and Roy didn't get sick, but he refused, saying they would've already been sick by now.

Calum's arm went over my waist, pulling my back against his chest. He placed kisses behind my ear then nuzzled his face into my neck. He really doesn't care if I get him sick.

"How you feeling?"

"Not good. Slightly better but still not good" I sighed. He hummed and pulled me closer,

"I'm gonna make breakfast" his lips tickled my neck as he spoke,

"I think I'm gonna take a shower" I shifted, "Can I use your body wash?"

I didn't have that stuff here.  I bring it with me when I stay the night or just use Calum's anyway,

"You don't have to ask baby" he laughed, moving to get out of bed. He stretched out, allowing all his muscles to flex. I was very grateful that he slept almost naked.

Calum made his way out of his bedroom while I headed into his bathroom.

I started the shower and stripped down, stepping in. The warm water relaxed me.

Just as I was finishing up, I saw Calum walk in through the steamy glass. He opened the glass door and held a towel open for me. I stepped into it and he wrapped it around my body before pulling me against him.

"Mmm" he hummed, face buried in my hair, "You smell good"

"I assume I smell like you" I chuckled, "I don't know because I can't smell anything"

Calum smiled and pulled back,

"I'm gonna get you some clothes" he smiled and went to leave the bathroom,

"I brought clothes in here" I motioned to the counter,

"Nope. You're wearing mine"

I rolled my eyes as he disappeared and came back. He handed me a pair of his boxers and his T-shirt,

"I like you in my stuff" he winked, "Now get dressed. Breakfast is ready"

As the day went on, I was feeling better- minus the fact I couldn't taste or smell anything. But it was nice outside so Calum and I headed out back. Roy was inside working on something.

We laid back on the outdoor chair and scrolled through Tik Tok for what felt like hours,

"You know as soon as I feel better, we're making Tik Toks" I looked up at him,

"We'd go viral with my killer dance skills" Calum laughed and kissed my head as Roy came running out in a panic,

"So this Covid thing is a lot bigger than we thought. California is going into lockdown Monday"

I looked at Calum then went to check my school email. If the state shutting down then obviously school was going to have to do something.

Almost as soon as I opened it an email came through and Calum read it over my shoulder,

Students,

Due to the coronavirus and the state of California going into lockdown, we will be moving to online learning. Starting next week we will be moving you all out of the dorms. You will need to find a way home or to a safe place where you are able to learn.

"So you have to move out in a week" Calum spoke,

"Where the hell am I going to go? I don't feel safe getting on a plane" I groaned,

"Are you for real?" Calum laughed, Roy joining, "You're staying here Adley"

"Cal" I tried to protest. I didn't want to intrude on him and Roy,

"Adley, I'm not going to make you go live in some hotel or something" he sighed and hugged my body,

"Even if you are germy we don't mind you here" Roy added making me laugh. Since they told me I have Covid he's been calling me 'germy'. It's our joke now.

{ Calum }

While Adley took a shower for the second time today, I headed into my office/studio and hopped on a call with the boys. Ashton was all panicked about the virus,

"Adley has it and I haven't gotten sick so I'm still trying to figure that out" I laughed,

"That is kinda crazy" Michael laughed, "Did she get sent home from school now that we're closing down?"

"Yeah. She's gonna stay here with me" I grinned. I was happy and excited actually. My girl was gonna be here daily. I was going to go to sleep next to her and wake up next to her,

"Aww he's blushing" Luke teased as Sierra, Crystal, and KayKay joined the chat, "He's so in love"

"Where's Adley?" Sierra whined,

"Taking a shower," I said but Adley entered the room, "Nevermind"

I pulled her to sit on my lap sideways where she let her head fall against my shoulder,

"How are you feeling Adley?" Crystal asked,

"Better. I'm just super tired" she sighed,

"I think she's taken like 3 naps today" I laughed,

"Hang on there pal" Adley pulled back, "You took those naps with me"

Everyone laughed.

The rest of the conversation they were all engaging with Adley. That made me feel better. I hated when they were being dicks about it. Adley seemed to relax a whole lot now too. I didn't like when she felt uncomfortable with them and I'm glad that they are now being nice to her.

I felt like we had been talking forever. We were discussing the tour situation,

"I think we should hop off. In case you didn't know Cal, your girlfriend is asleep" Luke laughed. I craned my neck and saw her eyelashes fluttering against her cheeks and her soft breathing,

"Yeah. I'm gonna go. Bye guys"

I hung up and turned everything off before picking Adley up bridal style and carrying her to my room.

I carefully laid her in my bed and covered her up, walking into my bathroom to shower myself.

Once I was clean, I pulled on a fresh pie of boxers and climbed into bed next to Adley. She subconsciously rolled closer, settling her head on my chest and tossing a leg over mine.

I grinned and wrapped my arms around her, kissing her head and falling asleep.
