The class after the lunch begins as the students fill the classroom, Jake and Bella's desks were only few centimeters apart.
Jake sat down on his seat, waving at other two of his so-called friends who were his bullies once.
"I will read that script tomorrow." Jake declares as he lands his chin on his palm which was supported by the desk.
Bella bobs her head and continues reading the book which was placed in between her hands.
Jake and Bella were partners in a YouTube channel, the content maker and writer was Bella and Jake was the editor, though Bella did more than half of his work.
"What is it? You can't complete it till tomorrow? You know we need to post a video as soon as possible; it's been ages since we last posted one." Jake stated as he continues to look at Bella who was completely avoiding him.
She mentally scoffed at his words, and who was responsible for the delay? Its Jake's fault in the first place, its his inability to complete the given work on time.
Very funny of him to push it onto her as if it's her accountability.
Despite that she wanted to avoid fighting with him so she replied, "Don't worry, I will complete it tomorrow."
Just after she finishes her words a hand pulls her closer to his side and she bulges her eyes at him, "What would've happened to me without you?" Jake imparts as he sways her closer to him.
Bella tries to pull out but she couldn't, she shifts uncomfortably in her chair.
Suddenly a loud thud is heard, Jake immediately let's go of Bella and turns his neck.
"Can't you keep it down? My ears are hurting." Jay says this after kicking Jake's chair since he was sitting right behind him.
"And what if I don't?" Jake replies back in a sassy tone, his tongue clicking the back of his mouth as a smirk is forms on his face.
Everyone in the class stops their respective work, they couldn't miss a fight like this.
Jay and Jake had a history of fights though no one knew the reason behind it. Whenever they talked to each other, the students knew there was going to be a blast.
Before anything could happen between them Bella interwines, "Sorry Jay, let this slide for once."
"Why are you apologizing Bella? Its not your fault." Eva speakes up from the other side of the classroom. Bella gives her a calm-down-let-me-handle-this look and she sits back in her seat.
Bella shifts her gaze back to Jake and pleads him to stop this before it gets out of their hands. Jake sighs and gives up the idea of aiding a fight.
"I won't be a bother to you gain, asshole." Jake curses him and faces the front.
"Sure... Playboy!" Jay stresses on the word playboy and smirks in satisfaction.
