Upgrades:
Primary attack:
(P) Freeze Ray! Shoot out a blue Ray that will freeze enemies. (Deals 25 damage and freezes enemies. Small for 6 seconds, medium for 4, and large for 2 second — has a 1.5 second recharge between each shot)

Jump and press (P) to shoot a layer of ice on the ground below you. Enemies will slip and slide while on this sheet of ice that lasts for 10 seconds or until you form another frozen area. Enemies below you when you shoot will be frozen and take 40 damage.

Secondary attack:
(S) Jet pack dash forward through enemies. (Deals 20 damage as a rapid dash)

Ice Man!: 500 coins
(T) Forms an ice sculpture of a troll with a club that will run around and attack enemies. Can have two at a time. (Takes one second to form and will deal 25 damage when attacking enemies. Can also draw enemy fire)

Super Cool Move: 700 coins
Hold (P) to charge up the freeze ray and release a large continuous beam that lasts for 3 seconds. (Deals 70 damage a second — has a very slow rotation movement)

Cold Fusion: 900 coins
Hold (S) to charge up the jet pack, releases a cloud of Frost that damages and slows enemies around you before blasting off and crashing back down for a large hit. (Frost clouds deal 5 damage a second — Crashing down deals 60 damage)

Troll Radio: 1200 coins
Hold (T) to summon the troll radio that will play some tunes that lure enemies to it before exploding. (Plays for 8 seconds, or until it takes enough hits before exploding for 100 damage)

Top Path: To Cool To Even Try
Super Chill Move: 1700 coins
The Super Cool Move will now last longer and deal more damage. (Deals 85 damage a second for 5 seconds)

Speed Freezer: 2200 coins
Now can fire freeze rays at a much faster rate and deals max damage. (Recharge is .75 seconds now and deals 40 damage)

Ice Bouncer: 3000 coins
Freeze rays will now bounce off of enemies and walls.

Bottom Path: Ice Sculptor
Three Chill Dudes: 1700 coins
Will summon three ice trolls at once now. Can have three out at a time. (Takes one second)

Freeze Tag: 2200 coins
Dashing forward now leaves behind 2 ice sculptures of chill bill that emit frost clouds before exploding. (Emits a frost cloud that slows enemies and deals 5 damage a second. Will explode when hit or after more than 4 sculptures have been formed. Deals 40 damage)

Unique Like A Snowflake: 3000 coins
Summoned trolls are now unique. One carries a mace, one an ice gun, and the other ice grenades. (Deal 45 damage each)

Soul Gem:
The Ultimate Weapon: 4000 coins
Jump and press (T) to summon Chill Bills ultimate weapon... Broccoli Guy. He will follow you around and heal all allies for twenty seconds before disappearing.

Shrink Enhancement:
Winter Wonderland: 5000 coins
When shrinking, will fire off a beam in the sky that begins a snowfall. This snowfall lasts the entire time that Chill Bill is shrunken. During the snowfall, enemies are dealt 10 damage every 2 seconds and receive 20% damage debuff (the debuff lasts an extra 5 seconds after returning to normal size)
When returning to regular size, will emerge in an icy explosion. This deals 75 damage and will freeze nearby enemies.

Backstory:
Chill Bill is the most chill dude in all of Skylands. So chill that he was too cool for being good. So he became a villain. But when the Trap Team trapped him in traptanium, he quit villainy and went with the flow of life. One thing led to another and before he knew it he was a DJ for Troll Radio. He became an over night sensation and soon got sponsored to host Battle Brawl Island with his best friend, Broccoli Guy. The Brawling industry thrived with them as the hosts and soon thousands would come and watch them announce what was happening as a bunch of creatures tried to kill each other. This went on until one day Chill Bill announced his retirement from the announcing game and went to live comfortably at his 30 room mansion at Shellmont Shores. That didn't last long since a mind tornado wiped the entire island out, but Chill Bill was so chill he didn't care. And when The Brain offered him a spot on his Shrink Squad, Chill Bill said, "Why not?" The rest is history.

Personality:
Super chill and laidback. Was a radio host once. Is indifferent to most things and the coolest troll you will ever meet. He and Broccoli Guy recently started a podcast, "Veg and Chill" where they have a different Shrink Squad member on every week.
