Frankreich is German for France.

So we were doing an activity where Mrs.dieDeutschLehrerin told us hints in German about what country we talked about and we had to write down the country. Mrs.dieDeutschLehrerin called on a girl named Talia to write down one of the answers on the board. The answer was Frankreich or France. Talia went to the white board and wrote down "France." "That's good, Talia!" Mrs.dieDeutschLehrerin said, "but can we see it in German?" "No," Talia said. "Why not?" "Because I can't." "Aww...Talia," Mrs.dieDeutschLehrerin complained, "yes you can." "No I can't!" Talia exclaimed. "Yes you can. Try it!" So, Talia turned around and walked back to the board. "Here's a hint!" I called out, "It has the name Frank in it!" So, Talia wrote down "Frank". "Is this really it?" She asked. "No, Talia! Try again." So, Talia basically took a wild guess and wrote down "Frankland". "Um... no, try again." Talia sighed. "Again!?" We all nodded. Then, Ellie began to help her by spelling it out. "Frankreich." "OHHHHHH!!!! NOW I REMEMBER!!!" "Sehr gut (Very good) Talia!" Mrs.dieDeutschLehrerin exclaimed.
