It had been a few months. Wanda was seemingly better. She was eating, showering, training, doing her normal routine... but inside she was slowly dying. She knew it wouldn't take much to break her. She was right on the edge constantly, and every night she would go and see if Nat would let her in. Every night ended the same though, with nat yelling at her or not answering her and Wanda crying herself to sleep.

Nat on the other hand could count how many times she'd eaten on one hand, she didn't leave her bed. She hadn't slipped, she hadn't done much. She was very clearly struggling. She would spend every day in her bed. She would stare at the ceiling most days, some days she would sit up and look out her window but other than that... she didn't do anything. She was loosing weight fast. You could see her ribs sticking out and she could barely make it to the bathroom without passing out. No matter how badly she wanted to let Wanda take care of her... she couldn't.

The other avengers knew both girls weren't doing well, even if Wanda looked like it, she wasn't. They didn't blame her, but they all felt extremely bad for Nat. Maria would come over and see Wanda every now and then to make sure she's eating, and she would slide a cereal bar under Nat's door. Nat now had a collection of cereal bars next to her bed. She had only eaten maybe two or three, but she liked that Maria still cared enough to help her. Even if it was just a little bit.

Every day was the same. Maybe a few changes here and there but mostly, everyone would do the same thing. But today was different, for Nat at least.

She woke up like she usually does, and stared at the ceiling. But after about an hour she fell back asleep. She was tired and didn't feel like being awake so who cared? But when she woke up... she felt a wet patch where she was sleeping.

Goddamn it Natasha. Your such a weak little baby!

She didn't move. She didn't clean she sheets. She couldn't bring herself to do it. She deserved dirty sheets. She deserved to sleep in wet, dirty sheets. So she didn't do anything.

All she did was cry. She cried and cried until she couldn't anymore. Wanda heard her cries, she listened to every single one of them, her heart breaking into a million pieces. All she wanted was to go in and make her feel better but... she knew Nat wouldn't want her to. So she respected Nats wishes and didn't go in.

Nat had been thinking here past months, about how Wanda had treated her. She had come to terms with all of her emotions. She had thought hard about everything. She really badly wanted to forgive Wanda but something was stopping her.

Wanda sat outside Nats room that day, waiting to see if Nat would come out of her room. Or if she changed her mind and wanted her mama again... every few days this would happen, at least once a week. Wanda sitting outside Nats room. Sometimes she would be crying, sometimes it would be silent. She didn't know how to make it better.

She then had a thought, she jumped up and ran to her room. She could write Nat a letter! Then she can apologise and Nat can at least know she's sorry. Even if she will never talk to her again. She wrote the letter, slid it under Nats door and sat outside her room. She heard some shuffling before a big thud. She got worried but decided to leave it alone, if Nat wanted her to care, she would know.

Nat saw something being slid under her door. At first she thought it was another cereal bar but as she looked at it she saw it was some paper. She carefully got out of bed and went to grab it, but as she stood up everything started spinning. She closed her eyes and held onto the wall before everything started to go dark.

She opened her eyes and was on the floor. Great. She took the paper and went back to her now damp and reeking bed. She sat in it and opened the paper, she immediately recognised Wanda's handwriting. She burst into tears and started reading.
