Rules

Wanda and Nat moved back to the bedroom and both sat across from each other and started talking about her little rules. They started after Nat had calmed down and they both decided it would be better to do it sooner rather than later, even if it was just ground rules and carry on talking about them back at the tower.

While Wanda came up with little rules and punishments in general, Nat came up with a list of who she felt comfortable to be little infront of without Wanda, with Wanda and not at all. They were hoping they could eventually move everyone to the 'without Wanda' section. Once they got back they would write it on a whiteboard so that Nat could change it when her feelings changed.

"Okay, I'm done." Wanda said, putting down her pen. Nat nodded and did the same. "I'm done too. You can go first." She said, knowing that she would rather know her rules sooner so she doesn't break any of them.

"Okay, first I did the rules. The general rule is listen to me, if I say to not do something or to eat or nap then be respectful. If you don't want to do those things you still have to be respectful about it and if you have a genuine reason then I won't make you, but 'I don't want to' is not a good enough reason. Respect goes both ways so I will respect you and in return I expect the same respect from you. Is that okay?" Wanda asks.

Nat nods, knowing that she wasn't a naughty little anyway, she was a mamas girl. "Next, punishments..." Nat gulped, these were what she was worried for. "If you are against any of these punishments you can tell me and I will take them off the list. I will change it at any time to what you feel comfortable with, just talk to me. Okay?" Wanda asked, making sure Nat understood.

"Yeah... if I... if I have a nightmare or something will I get a punishment?" She asked, worried what would change between them now they have real rules and punishments. "Honey you won't get punished for anything you can't help. If you get hurt or scared I'm not going to punish you. I'll only punish you when I believe it's necessary, like when you act up." Wanda said, saddened by Nat's response.

It just made Wanda realise that she never had any leeway as a child to make mistakes or show emotions, it was horrifying to Wanda what they would do to her for the smallest things.

"What do you class as, uhm, acting up?" Nat asked. She just wanted to be clear on the rules. "Well I will give you a warning before your punishment, I will always give you a warning. If you carry on after that warning then you will be punished. So you will know when to stop because I will tell you. But when I say acting up I mean not tidying up your toys when I ask, throwing a tantrum for not getting what you want, stuff like that. I will always give a warning and only give you a punishment when it's deemed necessary."

Nat felt slightly more relieved, she would get a warning, she can learn the rules and her boundaries. "Okay. What are the punishments?" She asks, ready to listen.

"The first one is have is timeout, it works for all headspaces and is probably the most practical. The second is getting your screens or toys taken away. I will never take away comfort items like your paci or milky or anything, if I ever take away a comfort item you need to tell me and I will give it back instantly." Nat nodded, agreeing with Wanda and feeling relieved that she wouldn't be taking away her paci or milky.

"One I saw a lot online was spanking," Nat looked at her in fear but before she could say anything Wanda carried on. "But I don't feel comfortable doing that to you when your in headspace, or at all to be honest. So if you would like this punishment we can discuss it, but I think your headspace is too young and it just feels wrong." Wanda says, feeling extremely uncomfortable at the thought of inflicting pain on her babygirl. She knows how much Nat has gone through and she didn't want to contribute to it.

"Okay. They seem fine, just not the... spanking..." she says, uncomfortable with the idea aswell. "If any of that changes we can talk about it, we can also discuss everything every so often so we are both caught up with everything, okay?" Wanda said, knowing that a lot of things will change in the beginning, since they will be testing boundaries and seeing what works for them.

"Okay, that's good." Nat says, feeling a lot better now. "I have my list of people..." she tells Wanda, letting her know she's done. "Okay, again you can change it whenever you want, even if it's from comfortable to not." Wanda says, knowing Nat might be reluctant to change everything in the beginning.

"Okay, the people I feel comfortable being little around is you. The people I feel comfortable around being with you is Clint and Laura, Maria and maybe pepper..." Nat takes a breath, hoping that she didn't upset Wanda. "Okay. We will slowly work on it, we will go at your pace." Wanda says, reassuring Nat that they won't do anything she doesn't want to.

Nat smiles, happy they made rules and she could start working on being more comfortable in little space. "We can put these on a whiteboard on the wall in my room so we can update it when we need to?" Wanda suggests. Nat nods in agreement and leans back into the bed, tired from stressing out so much.

"Come here..." Wanda says, noticing the familiar innocent look on her baby. "Mama milky." Nat said, starting to pull at Wanda's shirt. "Okay, we can have mamas milky now, then you wanna go down to the others after?" Wanda says, making sure little Nat was okay with being seen by the others. She nodded and got in position in Wanda's lap.

Wanda chuckled at her eager baby before undoing her bra and letting her latch on. One of Nat's hands holding Wanda's breast, the one she was nursing from, and the other hand tangled in Wanda's hair, running her hands though it and pulling at it slightly, finding comfort from it.

She nursed for about ten minutes before feeling ready to go back downstairs with the others. "Mama hol' me?" Nat asked quietly, she didn't want to wake up on a strangers lap again. Even though it was Laura Nat didn't know that when she opened her eyes, she just noticed that it wasn't her mama.

"Yeah I'll hold you baby..." she says, clipping her bra back up and pulling her shirt back down. "Da whole 'ime?" Nat asks, making sure her mama wouldn't let go of her. "I'll hold you the whole time, I promise. I won't let go until your ready."

"Wuv 'ou mama." Nat says, resting her head on Wanda's shoulder.
"I love you too, my babygirl."
