Wanda made her way downstairs with Nat on her hip, knowing she will be a little more clingy than normal. Her shy baby was about to go and see Clint and Laura and meet them properly. She was excited about her baby being adventurous and meeting more people but she also knew she would have to explain Nat's meltdown earlier at some point, probably once she's down for her nap. She also didn't want a repeat of said meltdown.

As they arrived in the kitchen Nat whined ever so slightly, Wanda could tell her baby was nervous. "It's okay my love, I'll be there the whole time. I promise." Wanda tried to reassure her. Though Nat was still terrified, it was nice to know her mama would be there with her.

"hey guys, sorry about that. we're all okay now, right?" Wanda said looking at Nat, who nodded shyly, looking at the two adults in front of her unsurely. "that's okay, we made pancakes if you want any?" Clint said, hoping to win her over with his amazing pancake skills.

Nat nodded and kept her firm grip on Wanda loosen slightly. She did like Clint's pancakes. With the knowledge that her mama wouldn't leave her she felt a lot better. "What would you like on your pancake babygirl?" Wanda asked. nat shrugged, her cheeks going slightly pink.

"You can have syrup? Butter? Chocolate?" Nat's head turned towards Clint at 'chocolate' and he smiles, knowing what she wants. "You want chocolate?" he asks, just making sure. Nat nodded ever so slightly, if you blinked you would have missed it. "Okay," he got a little bit closer and whispered, "I'll put extra chocolate if you want, I won't tell your mama if you don't?"

Nat let out a big smile and nodded. Although Wanda heard the whole conversation, she pretended not to and continued talking with Laura. As Clint was finishing making Nat her pancake he made sure to put extra chocolate in for her. he went over, carefully placing it infront of her and winking. she smiled and giggled slightly, knowing he had put extra chocolate in her pancake. Wanda smiled at her baby's giggles and looked at Clint, nodding her head, silently thanking him.

Wanda cut nats pancake and helped feed her the extra messy chocolate pancake. "After that chocolatey mess i think someone needs a bath and teeth brush." Wanda says, chuckling at her baby. Nat smiled, chocolate all over her face and hands. Some even got in her hair, how? She will never know.

"Baf mama..." Nat whispered, smiling. She hadn't spoken much since coming downstairs but she was getting more comfortable. "Yeah, bath." She nodded at her baby, smiling at her cuteness. "You can either use the one in the spare room or the one in the main bathroom." Clint said, starting to clean up from all the pancakes. "Thank you, we'll be back down in a bit." Wanda responded, picking Nat up and carrying her upstairs. "Bu bye..." Nat whispered, waving. Clint waved back and smiled, Nat was just the cutest.

They arrives upstairs and headed straight to the spare room. "You, my baby girl, are very messy!" Wanda said laughing, tickling Nat slightly making her giggle too. "Nu mama. nu messy!" Nat insisted. Wanda chuckled before pulling Nat's shirt and leggings off. "I have to disagree with that, you have chocolate everywhere!" She said, poking Nat's tummy as she talked. Nat smiled and waited patiently for her mama to make her bath.

"Mama?" She called out. Wanda looked back at Nat, waiting for her to respond. "Bubus?" She asked, the cutest expression on her face. "Yeah there's bubbles. Don't you worry!" She laughed and Nat smiled. "baby'irl yuv bubus." She said quietly waiting for her bath.

"You ready to get in?" Wanda said and Nat nodded. She heard the water stop and quickly held her arms out for her mama, eager to get in the bath.

Wanda picked her up, careful to not get any chocolate on her, and gently sat her in the bath. "Mama... baf!" Nat said, quietly but excitedly. "Yeah, you love having baths?" Nat nodded and splashed around gently, knowing that if she splashed too much she might ruin Clint's bathroom.
