By the time Nat and Wanda arrived home again Nat had started to get very agitated. She was beginning to get very fussy and grumpy. Although she was taking deep breaths like Wanda had asked her, she was still struggling with her emotions.

"Come on, let's go have some quiet time, hmm?" Wanda said, picking Nat up. Nat huffed and started to whine again, making Wanda take a deep breath to compose herself. "I know baby, but you're getting cranky and thats not nice for either of us."

Wanda managed to get to her room fairly quickly and sat Nat down in bed. She changed out of her clothes and into some more comfy ones abettor doing the same to Nat. The whole time nat was clearly holding back tears and trying her best to cooperate while in her fed up state.

Wanda could tell Nat was close to her breaking point so she made quick work of changing her into a fresh diaper and taking her clothes off. She kept Nat in just a diaper and took her shirt off, hoping the skin on skin contact would help her relax.

She lay Nat down, making sure to support her head and body properly, and let her latch on. Nat suckled quickly, soothing her stresses away. Wanda played with her hair and patted her butt, relaxing Nat even further.

Wanda was hoping that after everything was calm she could talk with Nat about what had made her so upset. She was okay when she left the appointment... right? She was slightly clingy but little Nat always is.

It took Nat ten or so minutes before her eyes started drooping, however whenever they would close she would snap them right open. Wanda gently shushed her and whispered sweet nothings to her as she stroked her hair and patted her butt in hopes of getting her to sleep.

Nat managed to fight sleep for almost twenty minutes before her tiredness won and she was out.

Wanda sat there with Natasha in her arms, admiring her baby. She couldn't believe Nat was fighting this battle completely alone for so long, no wonder it was starting to get so bad. Her body was finally able to come out of its own survival mode and let Wanda take care of her, and now she was dealing with all of this?

Wanda didn't see how this was fair. She had grown up in hell, all alone. Then when she finally escapes she's still struggling, now more than ever, and she was alone for so long. As Wanda blinked away her tears she decided to get some work done while Nat was sleeping. She grabbed her phone from beside her bed and starting filling out different mission reports and boring paperwork. She then emailed them all to herself so she could print and sign them as soon as possible.

It took a few hours until Wanda was done, and she realised Natasha was still sleeping. She put her phone down and gently stroked Nat's cheek. "Natasha... babygirl..." she said softly, her voice a mere whisper.

After a few seconds Natasha started to groan, not wanting to wake up yet. "No mama... s'eep..." she mumbled, trying to suck Wanda's boob again. Wanda chuckled at her baby, gently pulling her boob from her mouth. "Baby it's time to wake up."

Tears immediately filled Nat's eyes as she reached for her mama. "Oh babygirl... can you tell mama what's wrong?" Wanda tried but Nat just snuggled into Wanda's hold. "Baby... you have to stay awake." Wanda said gently, patting her back so she stays awake. "Mama..." Nat whined.

"Why don't you pick something that we can do. Why don't we play? Or watch cartoons?" Wanda suggests and Nat thinks for a bit before responding. "We p'ay and watch 'toons mama?" She asks and Wanda smiles and nods. "Of course babygirl, let's go to the living room."

Wanda carried Nat to the living room, setting her on the floor before taking her hand, allowing Nat to lead her to where she wants to go. Nat, wobbly on her feet, makes her way to the coffee table, where some of her colouring stuff was already laid.
