Get out of my head!

Thats amazing!

Steve gets back into the car, two coffees in one hand and a bag of doughnuts in the other.

"Mmmm those smell amazing" Robin says licking her lips and reaching over to grab the doughnuts and a coffee from Steve. She opens the bag grabbing out the warm food and taking a bit. "So what did you want to talk about?" She asks as Steve pulls out of the car park and heads for the quarry.

"Well um you see I" he stutters

"Oh come on tell me!" Robin complains

"I'll tell you at the quarry" Steve tries to give himself more time to think about how to tell her

"Uhh I can't believe you are making me wait so long" she continues to complain

They finally arrive at the quarry and get out of the car sitting on the bonnet. "Sooooo tell me before I rip your head off!" Robin practically yells

"Shhh okay okay" Steve shushes her, he takes a deep breath before finally speaking "I wanna propose to Billy after graduation" he says shyly looking down at his hands

Robin sucks in a breath before jumping over and wrapping her arms around his neck "That's amazing!" She yells.

Steve sits there in shock "I was sure you were going to give me a lecture about how it's a bad idea and I should wait a little longer"

"No way! Why would I ruin a chance for my favourite couple to be married!" She giggles backing away again.

Steve smiles to himself, he was glad that his best friend was on board with this.

"Have you got a ring?" She asks

"No not yet, I actually wanted your help with picking one." He admits

"Well we need to get one soon" she smiles at him

"Why? Graduation is in a month. Oh god! Graduation is in a month!" He panics

"Calm down. We'll pick a ring this weekend" she says rubbing soothing circles against his shoulder

They sit in silence for a while enjoying their doughnuts and coffee, until Steve's phone rings. "Hello?" He answers

"Where are you?" Billy says From the other side of the line

"At the quarry with Robin, why you miss me?"Steve jokes

"No. You owe me sex, remember" he says

Steve laughs "ok fine I'm on my way" He hangs up and turns to face Robin who is staring at him curiously wanting to know who called "It was Billy, he wants me to come home" Steve informs her. She sighs and hops off the bonnet and into the car, Steve does the same. He starts the car and heads to drop Robin off first then back to his house to see his beloved boyfriend.

This is what's been happening with Billy while Steve was out with Robin

Billy pulled up at Steve's house, his house now. He parked out the front and went inside, on the sofa in the living room sat Eleven and Max they were watching something on the tv.

"Hey girls" Billy greets

"Hey Billy" they say in unison.

Billy takes off his shoes but doesn't head straight upstairs, this was his chance to ask the girls something he's been meaning to ask someone and Eleven seems to be the most mature of the kids. He walks over and sits on the other side of the sofa, Max and El were cuddled up on the other side.

"Can I ask you girls something?" He asks, it was strange asking two 13 year olds for advice

"Yeah sure" El replies

"After graduation I wanted to do something, ok now tell me if this is a terrible idea" he begins

"What's the idea?" Max says now intrigued by the conversation

"I wanna propose to Steve" after that the screams of excitement seemed to never end. Max and El hopped around the living room talking, it sounded like they were already planing the wedding

"Can we be bridesmaids?" Max asked

"There is no bride" Billy tells her "plus I don't even know if he'll say yes" he leans back into the sofa and watches the girls bounce around happily

Slowly they calm down and sit back down. "So you think it's a good idea?" Billy asks again

"YES it's an amazing idea!" Max yells "oo oo do you have a ring?" She asks

"No not yet, I was hoping you would help me pick one" Billy confesses

"Well then it sounds like we are having a girls day out this weekend" Max squeals

"I'm not a girl" Billy reminds her

"Right" she shrugs

"Im going to call Steve, he's been gone a while" Billy gets up and pulls his phone out of his pocket walking out the room to get some quiet.

Time skip to when Steve gets home

Steve goes inside to find the two girls and Billy sat on the sofa

"El, are you staying here again?" Steve asks straight away

"Yeah" she says sweetly

"Does Hopper know" Steve questions

"Yes he's busy tonight" She reassures him

Billy gets up and walks over to Steve grabbing his arm and dragging him towards the stairs "Don't stay up too late girls, and don't bother us" he yells before they disappear into their room

A/N long time no see! I'm back and I will try and post more regularly again. This book may only have 4 or 5 more chapters which is still quite a few but just warning you it may end soon. I do plan on doing another book for these two but that will probably be when the new season comes out. Anyway hope you enjoyed!
