Takashi walked into the room and saw us talking.

When he saw the rings he smiled, "OH MY GOD- FINALLY!" He exclaimed happily as he tackled both of us in a huge hug.

"I'm so happy for both of you! You both are finally together right?" He asked to confirm, "If not, I'll smack some sense into Tanjiro and get him to confess right now. I can't stand the both of you flirting anymore." He said rolling his eyes with a smirk.

I cupped my mouth to stop myself from laughing when Tanjiro tried arguing back with a flushed face.

"H- HEY! IT'S NOT LIKE YOU CAN CONFESS TO KANAO!" Tanjiro said crossing his arms.

"We met not long ago, I can't just confessed to her now!" Takasho reasoned.

"Alright, alright that's enough you two..." I said stifling a laugh, "Anyway, how is Hine doing?" I asked Takashi.

"Her condition is stable, Shinobu said everything should be okay and that she's going to wake up in a few days, and can I speak to you privately?" He asked with a worried look

I arched a brow and nodded, "Tanjiro, can you give us a few minutes?"

He nodded and walked out of the room to give us privacy.

"So... the book is missing, when we returned from out mission. I was heading to the recovery room and I saw Muzan taking the book from your bedside drawer," he explained looking down, "I was about to stop him but he was to quick and just disappeared."

I clenched my fists while looking at the white sheets.

"I know the book is missing... Muzan came to me and wants me to join him. Of course I said no, but he threatened to read the book and destroy it once he learns from it..." I replied,

"He also threatened to kill anyone who knows that I'm a demon, Kinuzu was the first to be killed, but Kotaro tried to protect her and both of them perished..." I said with my voice shaking.

Takashi just placed his hand gently on my shoulder, "Did you accept the offer of joining him?" He asked.

"He gave me a week to decide, I- I don't know. If he reads the book then we'll all be done for!" I said sighing.

"What about being a spy there? You can try to steal the book back and pretend to be on their side, but we'll have to discuss this matter to Oyakata-sama first." Takashi suggested.

I gave him a soft smile, "That's a great idea... but if I do, then I'll have to leave and I don't know how long I have to be gone for." I said.

Takashi just hugged me, "I know, that's why we have to speak to Oyakata-sama first, but now. Just cherish the time we have together now okay?" He said pulling back and ruffling my hair.

Then suddenly the door broke open and Inosuke came running in with Zenitsu, Nezuko and Tanjiro trailing behind.

"Y/NNN!! I THOUGHT YOU DIED! IM SO HAPPY YOU'RE OKAY!" Inosuke yelled as he tackled me in a bear hug, Zenitsu and Nezuko did too.

I smiled. It felt good to be back with my old companions again...

"Oh! And, me and Tanjiro are together now!" I said happily.

"Haah? What do you mean by together? Of course you guys are! We are all in the same room!" Inosuke said confused.

I chuckled, "Nono! I meant, we're dating!" I explained.

"WHATTTT!???!" Zenitsu screamed, he turned to Tanjiro, "TANJIRO! HOW DO YOU CONFESS TO A GIRL SO FAST?! HOW DID YOU GET A GIRLFRIEND BEFORE ME? HOW DO YOU DO ITTT???!!" Zenitsu yell as he shook Tanjiro by the shoulders which made Tanjiro dizzy.
