"Hey... what's your name?" I asked the little girl trying to calm her down.
"Te-Teruko..." she answered sniffing.
"Ahhh... well I'm so sorry for getting separated from your brother Teruko," I apologised while kneeling down and tousling her hair gently, "Don't worry, I'm here to protect you okay? We will get out of this!" I assured her with a closed eyed smile.
She nodded and wiped her tears. She clung on to me while I thought of a plan.
I recalled back when the first time y/n disappeared...
The drums...
My eyes widened in realisation, 'The drums! Everytime the drum beats, we will teleport around in this house!' I thought to myself.
Suddenly, I smelled a strong scent... I turned to the door and my eyes widened.
'A demon!' I thought to myself, I stepped infront of Teruko in a protective manner and watched the demon walking to the front of the door.
I grunted, 'he must be the master of this house since his scent is the strongest and covers the whole house...' I thought.
Zenitsu's POV
I wailed, and wailed, and- well- wailed about certain death.
I was still trailing behind the boy tugging at his haori, 'HOW IS HE NOT SCARED??!??' I thought to myself wanting to cry.
"Wh-wh-whats your n-name?..." I asked the boy.
"Shoichi, and my sister just now was Teruko..." he replied while walking and looking around.
"Shoichi we should escape!!" I said worried.
Shoichi closed his eyes, "Are you really a demon slayer? Because I'm not sure how you are going to protect me, you're just crying and wailing about death and other stuff..." he reprimanded me sounding annoyed.
I gasped dramatically, "HEY YOU'RE JUST A KID!! A KID IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE INVOLVED IN THIS!!" I argued back trying to defend myself.
We both make our way down the hallway and opened one of the doors, and we came face to face with a- guy with a boar mask?-
I screamed and pointed towards it, "A MONSTERRRRRR!!!!!!" I was terrified.
However the boar head just looked at us and rushed out of the room down the hallway.
'What was that????!!' I thought to myself eternally screaming my butt off.
Shoichi just looked stunned but continued his way with me grabbing onto his haori- still crying.
Your POV
I looked around and decided to go explore the house.
'I hope that I can at least bump into Tanji or Zenitsu... I hope their still together.' I thought to myself as I walked briskly down the hallway.
I looked around into rooms hoping to have any signs of them.
I looked into one of the rooms and my blood froze.
I my body trembled as I clutched onto my sword tighter.
"Mu-Muzan Kibutsuji..." I choked out under my breath.
'Why couldn't I sense him?' I thought as beads of sweat went down my forehead. Just looking at him alone is just terrifying...
"Hello y/n l/n," he greeted with a cold, calm tone.
I trembled even more.
"Let's have a little talk, shall we?" He turned his head to look at me showing his bloody red eyes, his pupils were slit and he smirked.
I grunted as my heart pounded in my chest, "wha- what do you want?..." I asked shakily.
Tanjiro's POV
I immediately covered Teruko's mouth to prevent her from screaming and alert the demon of our presence.
"Go hide behind those shelves okay?" I whispered to her and she nodded and quickly made her way to the shelves.
I readied my sword and faced the demon.
"Tsk... I'm so done with these people barging into my home and now I call them my prey..." the demon said in an annoyed and angry tone.
I was going to attack the demon and he beats one of his drums on his body, making the whole room rotate, I grunted as I tried jumping around the room to keep my balance, suddenly a guy with a boar head crashed through the wall with two swords in hand.
My eyes widened, 'What the?...'
