Your POV
After the whole ordeal, we both went back to the small undon stall. I saw Nezuko waiting for us and Tanjiro smiled and pat her head.
"Sorry we left you Nezuko.." he apologised.
Since Tanjiro dropped his bowl of undon, he got lectured severly by the stall owner. He was just standing there nervously while the guy was screaming, I just turned around and giggled facing Nezuko.
"YOU SHOULD BE MORE LIKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND! SHE NICELY RETURNED THE EMPTY BOWL WHILE YOU JUST RAN OFF!" He yelled. When we heard that statement we both blushed. Now it was Nezukos turn to laugh.
I waved my hands up in the air frantically denying the fact that we were a couple, Tanjiro was also denying the fact with a red blushing face.
He looked at us like we were crazy but then apologised for his assumption.
3rd person POV
In the end Tanjiro bought two bowls of undon and he slurpped it all up in two gulps, which causes you to smile.
Once he finished his noodles you guys were resting for a while having small talk.
Your POV
"So uh... y/n?" Tanjiro said.
"Hmm?" I replied looking at him.
"Sorry for yelling just now... I lost my temper.." Tanjiro apologised as he looked down.
My eyes soften at his expression. "Its alright, I understand... loosing your whole family to Muzan?.. and not being able to kill him while he's just infront of you because your not strong enough," you assured him, "its frustrating. "
He looked at me and gave a small smile. Nezuko was sitting beside us aswell minding her own business.
"Even if my mom hates me, I still love her... shes the only family I have, and I swore to my dad to protect her, " I said looking up into the sky thoughfully, "But.. i dont know how she's doing now, since she kicked me out."
Tanjiro looked at me with a sad expression as he listened.
"Well, I didnt even plan on becoming a demon slayer..." I said as I slowly looked towards him, "Until you came into my life, im glad to have met you Tanjiro, your my best friend, I dont think I could have made it without you by my side. " I said to him smiling gratefully.
He looked shocked at my words at first but smiled back. I couldnt help but see a tint of sadness in his smile but I shook it off.
Tanjiro's POV
'Best friend?..' I thought to myself sadly, 'y/n.. I wish we could be more than best friends though..'
I looked at her and gave a fake smile.
3rd person POV
You both were still talking when you paused. Tanjiro gave a confused look and he looked behind him. It was the blue haired demon that you guys met earlier, he stood infront of a tree and glared at both of you.

"Yushiro?.." you said confused. He crossed his arms and said, "lady Tamayo wishes to see you," he said as he turned around.
You looked over to Tanjiro and nodded and all of you including Nezuko followed.
He turned back around and stared at us with an angry look, he pointed towards Nezuko and said, "Is that woman a demon? Tsk, she's an eyesore, and not to mention your girlfriend too."
You all just stood there shocked by the remarks. Tanjiro looked dazed.
Tanjiro POV
'Eyesore?.. Eyesore?... does he mean ugly? Who?' Thats when it hit me.
My eyes widened, "NEZUKO?! Y/N?!" as I turned towards them, I stuck my arms out towards them and said angrily, "FIRST OF ALL, Y/N IS NOT MY GIRLFRIEND! SECOND NEZUKO AND Y/N ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRLS IN MY VILLAGE AND TO ME!! YOU TAKE THAT BACK!" I shouted towards Yushiro.
However, he just turned around with his eyes closed and arms crossed.
Your POV
I stood there as Tanjiro was shouting towards Yushiro to take his words back. I gave soft closed eyed smile as my sweat dropped, poor Nezuko just stood there.
I pat her head gently and she took my hand and snuggled her face against it.
Soon Yushiro started walking while Tanjiro was still shouting at Yushiro trailing behind him, followed by us.
"THEIR BEAUTIFUL! TAKE YOUR REMARKS BACK!" He yelled as we walked infront of a wooden fence.
"HEY ARE YOU EVEN LISTE-" Tanjiro stooped yelling once he saw Yushiro disapear behind the fence. We all stood there in shock when he popped his head back out with an annoyed expression.
"Come on, you dont want anyone to see you. " he said clearly annoyed. We listened and walk through the fence and we were greeted with a giant house. My eyes widened in awe.
