Chap 82 [Big brother Rengoku🔥] S2

(P.s if you haven't watched season 2 episode one, pls don't read this YET!😭 I don't think you would understand it!<3 and hopefully those who watched it will understand:*) )

Since I went on the mission to retrieve the book, things changed.

I was sent on various missions to find a blue flower that Muzan wanted, it was called a blue spider lily, I wasnt to sure why he wanted it so instead of going looking for it, I went to libraries to research on it.

It apparently looks like a red spider lily but it's just blue in colour, it depicts the truth, peace and calm feeling. Its like a positive energy which brings the mind to be cool and peaceful.

Maybe he needs it as an ingredient for a medicine? Who knows, all I know is that it's not for something good...

I also followed Muzan from time to time to see if I could get any clues on where he might hide the book.

Also, I went to various locations to try and find where the book might be hidden but to no avail.

Then one time, I saw him disguised himself as a kid to blend himself into a family.
The house had a library, maybe the book might be there?

I wore my hood and my mask. I waited until it was night and head over to the house where the family lived. It was night which was a huge advantage for me because I could escape easily since I was able to shadow transmit away if there was a possibility that I was spotted.

I hid on the roof which was right above the library of the house, I knew Muzan was there.

I could sense him.

I was waiting for Muzan to leave the room when suddenly, this demon with some blue strips around his body, red hair and yellow eyes appeared outside on the balcony.

(P.s you didn't know who akaza was cus you were on a different mission, you weren't on the Mugen Train mission )

I furrowed my brows.

I managed to hear a bit of the conversation.

"I managed to take out one of the pillars..."

That sentence you heard made my heart stop, Rengoku... he's talking about Rengoku! I clentched my fist in anger, so he's the demon that killed Rengoku.

"I couldn't find any blue spider lily..."

So I wasn't the only one tasked to find this flower...

I was still in deep thought when suddenly I felt a giant power wave sent towards the demon, it was most likely Muzan's power, even though it wasn't directed at me, I could still feel it peirce through me.

Then I felt liquid run down my nose, I opened my mask and touched the liquid. I looked at my hand, blood...

I grunted, the power from Muzan must have affected me a little too. I just wiped it off and continued listening.

I took a peek at the balcony where the guy demon was, he was on his knees not looking up, I saw blood dripping down from his face onto the ground making a red puddle.

He was shaking too. I smirked, serves him right to be treated like this because he murdered Rengoku.

I managed to hear Muzan say his name... Azaka?... I see...

After a few minutes, I saw Azaka leave followed by Muzan leaving the room.

That's when I slowly claimed down from the roof on to the balcony as softly as I could. The room was dark so I tried to rummage through the books.

I couldn't really see anything so I was just flipping through the pages and trying to find some familiar cover.

I was kind of rushing because the living room lights were on, then I heard footsteps so I shadow transmitted outside behind a tree.

I sighed, the book was definitely not in there so I left deeper into the forest.

I was scouting around the forest beside a train track when I came across a broken black nirichin blade that really looked like my boyfriend's one...

Now that I think about it, when I last saw him, he didn't have his blade on him and why was it broken?

Then it accured to me that it might be Azaka's doing, the area was nearby a train track where Rengoku's mission was and Tanjiro was there too.

I fiddled with the ring on my finger, I miss Tanjiro... But I must stick to my mission to find the book.

Then I walked over to the broken train track, and saw a full moon in the sky which let out a white glow.

I knew Rengoku passed right here, I fell on my knees as a wave of sadness washed over me.

I felt tears well up in my eyes when I saw a faded familiar figure right in front of me. My eyes widened.

Big brother rengoku...

He was right in front of me. Just slightly transparent. He didn't say anything and just gave a kind loving smile.

He gave me a light fist bumb on my chest where my heart was located like he did before he went on this mission.

That's when the tears started to flow down freely and I started to sob. I covered my face as I cried and I felt him hug me. I wiped my tears after a few minutes and I felt his presence disappear once my breathing steadied.

I looked up at the moon and smiled softly.

The moon's beautiful, isn't it? Big brother Rengoku.
