I slid open the door and saw Nezuko, Tamayo and Tanjiro waiting for me.
They seemed like they were talking before i came out of the room and draw the attention.
I gave a small wave and joined them.
"Hey y/n!" Tanjiro waved back with a smile.
"Hello y/n" Tamayo greeted with a gentle smile.
"MmmmMm!" Nezuko 'said' while jumping up and down cutely.
"Hmph" Yushiro crossed his arms and looked away.
I chuckled.
"So... uh... what were you guys talking about?" I asked.
"Oh we were just talking about the battle of the 2 kizuki just now, Ill explain you the details on the way," Tanjiro replied.
I nodded.
3rd person POV
"By the way Tamayo thank you so much for the help you have given us, it really means alot..." you thanked her while scratching the back of your head with a smile.
"Its not a problem at all, we do have the same motives." She replied with a nod.
Soon your owl glided into the basement and landed on your shoulder indicating that is was time to leave.
You both nodded at each other with determind smiles.
Nezuko reached over to pat Yushiro's head and he blushed slightly at the action.
Then she looked over at Tamayo and hugged her.
Yushiro was yelling at Nezuko for that and you just gave a small smile.
Suddenly, Tamayo started to cry. That was when Tanjiro started to panic trying to get Nezuko off.
Tamayo just laughed and said it was okay and that she just felt happy.
Your POV
Once everything was settled we were about to leave when Yushiro called out to us, "Hey!"
Me and Tanjiro looked back at him confused.
"You and Nezuko aren't eyesores I guess..." he mumbled under his breath with a tint of pink dusted on his cheek.
I smiled and and thanked him as we went off following my owl.
~a few hours later~
3rd person POV
You guys were talking about random stuff when suddenly you guys saw a yellow haired boy clinging onto a girl.
He was crying and begging her for something.
You both walked up closer and heard him say, "PLEASE! PLEASE BE MY WIFE BEFORE I DIE!" He cried out desperately as he continued to cling on with tears streaming down his face.
Your sweat dropped at the scene.
Soon, Tanjiro pryd him off and lectured him severely, saving the girl from his grasp.
You gently pulled her aside, "Hey... are you okay?" You asked.
"Yes, thank you, I saw him crying on the road and I just wanted to see if he was alright, but he suddenly clinged onto me and begging me to be his wife!!" She yelled disgusted, "I have a fiancé for goodness sake!"
You held out both off your hands and smiled nervously, "I- Im sorry that happened... but please try and calm down... you don't know his side of the story yet..." you said trying to reason with her.
You couldn't believe you were defending the French fried hair guy, but he seemed like a good person in general.
You felt like you've seen him before but you can't put your finger on it...
She huffed and sighed.
"Oh alright... its the least I can do to thank you guys for helping me." she said bowing and she walked off.
I smiled softly and took of my black mask to get a breath of fresh air after walking for so long.
Tanjiro's POV
I still had a hold of the guy as he was yelling at us for sending his 'wife' away.
"Stop it will you!" I told him as I struggled.
I looked over and saw y/n took of her mask to wipe her sweat and take a breather.
I blushed, 'SHE LOOKS SO PRETTY AND CUTE!!' I thought to myself while staring at her.
Unfortunately, my grip loosened against the guy and he clung on to y/n wanting her to marry him.
"WOW YOU'RE SO PRETTY!! AND CUTE!! PLEASE BE MY WIFE!~~~" he begged as he rubbed his cheek against her.
"I'M ZENITSU AGUTSUMA! YOUR SOON TO BE HUSBAND!" He introduced himself while hugging her.
I felt like my face was being slapped as I felt a pang of jealousy hit me. I puffed out my cheeks angrily while puffs for steam coming out of my ears.
Your POV
I tried to pull away from him as gently as I could but to no avail.
My sweat dropped as I didn't know what to do.
Suddenly, I felt someone's hand on my shoulder pulling me behind, I yelped in suprise as I hit the chest of Tanjiro.
Zenitsu got angry and pulled me back towards him.
However, Tanjiro wasn't having it, he pulled me back towards him.
I was being pulled back and forth endlessly as I was getting dizzy.
"G-guys?.. please stop..." I pleaded as my eyes were in swirls.
Finally Tanjiro had enough and hugged me finally trapping me in his warm arms, I blushed furiously.
"She's MINE!"
He said angrily as he hugged me tighter.
"Mine and only mine..." he grumbled as he hid me from Zenitsu's view.
At that point my brain was fried from embarrassment, my face was red and steam was coming out of it from "overheating"
'What's my name again?...' I thought to myself as I felt empty and butterflies in my stomach.
This is going to be a long day...
