Chap 77 [controlled?]

Hine jumped forward and raised her sword towards Hogu and all her friends did the same takuing turns to try and hit him.

I was surprised at how Hugo easily dodged them, he tripped Kotaro, punched Kinuzu in the stomach sending her flying back into a tree. Then Hugo jumped and did a center split kicking both Hine and Hanzo to the side.

Then he suddenly appeared in front of Kinuzu and he slashed her cheek then licked her blood of his claws with a smirk, "Hmmm delicious..." he said.

I grunted, 'This creep.' I thought to myself.

"HEY! DON'T HURT HER! YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!" Kotaro yelled angrily as he ran towards Hogu raising his sword readying to attack wanting to save his girlfriend. 

Then suddenly, Kinuzu stepped in front of Hogu as if she was protecting him. All our eyes widened in surprise while Hogu chuckled. I squinted my eyes and furrowed my brows in confusion. Her body seems to be shaking and her eyes were wide and she was gritting her teeth as sweat ran down her forehead.

Then she ran forward and started to attack Kotaro. 

"Kinuzu? W-what are you doing?!" Kotaro asked as he dodged her attacks.

"I-I DON'T KNOW! I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF- IT'S LIKE I'M BEING CONTROLLED!" Kinuzu replied as she shot forward raising her sword again. 

Then Hugo laughed like a maniac, "I'm controlling you idiot. I can control anyone once I intake a portion of their blood(I know my reader- it sounds like it's pain from MHA- or Toga :*) )," he replied, "Now can control you like my puppet."

"YOU SON OF A-" Kotaro tried to curse but got slashed my Kinuzu on the arm. He grunted as he clutched his arm and stumbled back. 

Kinuzu had tears in her eyes as she tried to pull back, "I'm sorry!" she apologised as she squeezed her eyes shut as more tears started to flow down her cheek, "I-I didn't mean to hurt you!" she choked out as she was pulled forward again and started to attack him again.

Kotaros sweat dropped, "No no! I'm sorry! Please don't cry!" He pleaded.

I wanted to jump out of the bush to help but I made eye contact with Kotaro, his eyes were full of reassurance, it was like saying, 'I'll handle her, you help Hine and Hanzo!' I nodded as I see him run deeper into the forest with Kinuzu following him. 

I clentched my fists feeling terrible to leave my friends in that state, but I knew that Hine and Hanzo needed my help to.

I turned back and my eyes widened when I saw Hine lying on the ground all beat up while Hanzo was being chocked harshly by Hogu.

'Dammit! I failed to keep a watch on them!' I thought to myself.

Hine started to move, she was nearby the bush I was hiding in, she shakily stood up as sweat ran down her forehead.

"Hine!" I whispered yelled. She looked back without turning her head. "I'll attack him, you move out of the way okay?" I instructed.

She nodded.

"Now!" I said as I clutched my sword tighter in my hand, I crouched down gathering the energy in my legs.

Hine did a backflip and I pushed myself out from my hiding place and zooming under her.

Hugo looked at me and threw Hanzo out of the way and got into his fighting stance.

Once I was close enough, I used my shadow transmission to appear behind him, I swung my sword across his neck and yelled, "Shadow explosion!"
