Evelin had a boring rest of the weekend. She justed stayed in her cabin, entertaining herself with books and sleeping. Adrian spent the rest of his, alone mostly,He went swimming and riding. Lexus and Alex spent most of it there bed rooms avoiding each other, in hope of avoiding the attractions to each other. Audry had a brilliant book idea and spent the weekend writing. Evelin's sister Marget spent the whole time doing the homework that she had out off doing over the majority of winter break.

School restarted Tuesday. For Adrian, Alex, and Lexus, it meant a new school and new classmates. The start of the new semester also meant that they were going to have to go to school there. They loss any last hope that they could go back to boarding school. Even though only Alex and Lexus could actually go back.

Evelin was sort of excited to go back school Stella got back on Monday but she didn't get to see her or Lucilia. Lucilia had called to say that after x rays that proved that her ankle wasn't broken and she should be cleared to play for the first game. Which was good Lucilia was one of there best players. Evelin was so sick of being home it wouldn't quit snowing and had been to cold for her to go hiking, so she had stayed in her cabin. She had gotten to finish Michelle Prices book series and looked froward to telling Stella that she had met the author when she gave her books back. Stella would be excite about that.

On Tuesday morning Evelin got up before, her alarm started ringing. She showered and dressed, in a red sweater and dark blue jeans, and snow boots. The boots were a practicality but were also stylish which was nice. Even though Evelin didn't follow fashions and her boots went the popular UGG boots they still looked nice. Lucilia picked her up at the inn. The school had a bus that would pick her up, but she opted to ride with Lucilia or walk instead. Alba was in the the truck too. She slide into the middle as Evelin climbed in one side.

Alba Greewater was shorter than Evelin and Lucilia. She had dark black hair with a slight wave and skin that came from her Indian heritage. She was always excited and this morning was no exception. She hugged Evelin, even before she could sit down or close the door, setting Evelin off balance and almost causing her to fall out. Evelin grabbed the head rest on her seat to prevent from falling. She sat down buckled up and closed the door She would probably be hugging on Lucilia but she didn't like being hugged, she felt like shrunk her personal space to much.

"How was your trip Alba?" Evelin excited to see her friend and partially because Alba's hyper activity was contagious. Lucilia moved the car back onto the road and drove to school.

"Amazing you would have loved California, it was so nice. San Fransisco was such a cool city and the red wood forest were awesome they make the trees here seem so small."

            "I'm glade you had fun."

"Me too, Did you get a chance to finish my books?" Alba asked.

            "Yes, guess what?"

            "You liked them?" supplied Lucilia.

"Yes, but I got to meet the author!"

"You've got to be kidding me! You met Michelle Price? When? Where? Did you get my books signed?" Alba said jealous that Evelin had gotten to meet her favorite author.

"I'm not, She was really nice. But sadly i Didn't have the books with me when I met her. It was Saturday night at Adrian's party." Evelin regretted mentioning the where after she said it. Lucilia would be upset that Evelin didn't take her advice.

            "Who is Adrian?" Stella asked.

“Adrian Grantwise. Hes new," Evelin responded giving the simplest answer possible.

“And Evelin's already head over heels in love with him," Lucilia said playfully, worried about Evelin, but she didn't want to be too judgmental.

            "I am not!" Evelin objected.

"Give it a few weeks Stella. Shes already going to parties with him, soon enough she'll be kissing him."

Evelin blushed when Lucilia talked about her kissing him. Lucilia gave Evelin one look and her face betrayed it all at that moment. "Except you already have haven't you?"

Evelin blushed and nodded.

            "When?" Stella pried.

            "New Year's Eve."

"Thats what you do when I leave? Make out with strange guys?"

            "He wasn't a stranger."

"He isn't now." Lucilia said getting a glare from Evelin.

"Evelin, wasn't that your first kiss."

"Yes." Evelin said. Lucilia parked the truck. They were running tight on time. It gave Evelin and excuse to bail. I'll see you guys later, and speed to homeroom so she wouldn't be late.
