(((A/n-Hey guys, just wanted yall to know, I have theroys about the the show Steven Universe, and you might not like it, but it's just my theroy of the show, so that's all I wanted to say, luv yall!! ~Easy_As_123)))

Sadie POV

        I hear a soft knock, and I groan softly, and my eyes shoot open, and I'm in my room.

        what?

        I hear the knock again, and I realize it's my mom. Before I can say, 'come in' she opens the door, holding a bit plate of pancakes, and a lit candle rests on top of the stack,

        "Happy birthday my baby!" My eyebrows raise in surprise, then I realize what day it is.    

        My birthday!!

        I giggle softly, and my mom places the pancakes on my lap, and sings the usual birthday song.

        "Make a wish sweet-pie." I close my eyes tightly,        

        I wish that I'll have a great day-

        With Lars.

        Blowing out my candles, my mom sniffles, and looks at me with teary eyes,

        "My baby girl is sixteen." I place the pancakes beside me and get up, trying to find my clothes. My mother hugs me tightly as I try to change,

        "I can't believe it!" She squeals. Groaning, I try to get out of her arms,

        "Moooom!" She laughs and lets me go.

        "You better get going." With that, she leaves my room so I can change to get ready for work

        Jogging at a normal pace, I try to make it to work, with a stomach full of pancakes.

        My mom should have known I'm trying to stay on my diet

        Seeing the Big Donut up ahead, and I start to smile, seeing Lars taking out the trash. Running to him, he turns seeing me. As he starts to smile, he holds out his arms, and I jump into them, and he stumbles back to the ground with a thud. I gasp,

        "Oh gosh! Sorry Lars!" He groans in pain and I starts to get up, but he holds me firm in his arms,

        "Sike." He grins and presses his lips to mine in a kiss. As I slowly kiss back, he picks me up and opens the door, our lips never leaving each other. When we make it to the front counter, he deepens the kiss, making my face grow hot. His lips keep going, until I hear a voice say,

        "Uh...guys?" We both look, our lips still together, and see Steven with a little boy with him, and he says,

        "Uh..." Quickly, Lars pulls away and wipes his lips, and his face goes deep lava red. I get off the counter and I feel my face get a bit hot.

        "H-Hey Steven, who's your friend?" Steven smiles, ignoring that me and Lars were practically making out,

        "This is Peedee, Ronaldo's little bro." Peedee waves,

        "Hello." I wave and Lars gives him a head nod, and sits in his usual chair. Suddenly Steven says to me,

        "I got you a cupcake, for your birthday!" I turn to him and he holds a cupcake out, and it has a big yellow star on it. Giggling, I take it and eat it,

        "Even though I'm on a diet, it's delicious!" Steven smiles,

        "Pearl made it, and happy birthday Sadie!" Peedee and Steven chat with me (and tries to talk to Lars) and suddenly Peedee leaves and Steven follows, waving goodbye. As I finish up the cupcake, Lars stares out the window,

        "It's your birthday?" My head suddenly turns to him.

Lars POV

        The blood vessel on Sadies forehead starts to pump,

        "You forgot my birthday!?" I try my hardest not to break out laughing,

        I have to hold this in

        I don't want to spoil the surprise

        I didn't forget he birthday, no joke.

        "I can't believe this!" I take in a deep breath, and calmly speak,

        "Look Sadie-" she starts to calm down,

        "I'll make it up for you, after work OK?" She crosses her arms and blows a strand of her hair out of her face.

        "Fine." The work day passes by slowly and it feels like forever until it's five. Sadie sighs and grabs her coat,

        "I still can't believe you forgot my birthday." As we both walk out the door, I quickly grab her hand, stopping her,

        "Follow me." Before she can ask why, I lead her to the back of the store. When we make it back, Sadie gasps. I just set up a fold-up table with chairs, and a big plate of spaghetti (that I made!!) and glasses of soda. I pull her to my side and whisper in her ear,

        "I didn't forget your birthday at all." Sadie starts to giggle and sits in one of the chairs, and I push her in, and I go and sit in my seat. Sadie starts to eat some of the spaghetti,

        "I guess I can be off my diet for one day." I chuckle and look at her,

        "You don't need to be on a diet, you're already in shape to me." She starts to blush and it makes me smile. As we keep eating our spaghetti and talking. As we both grab a spaghetti string and start to eat, and it brings out faces closer in a kiss.

        Yes!

        After awhile, we both finish the spaghetti.

        "Wow Lars, this was the best birthday dinner ever!" I smirk,

        "Well, anything for you Sadie." We both get up and I throw the plate away. Sadie suddenly hugs me from behind and I laugh softly, and turn to hug her. Slowly, I whisper in her ear,

        "Will you be my girlfriend?" Her face suddenly breaks out in a blush, and she faces me, her face starting to blush. She places her hands on my cheeks,

        "Of course I will." I smirk and wrap my arms around her, and swing us around and around, and Sadie laughs loudly, and I do the same. When I stop and put her down, She holds my hand tightly and we start to walk. As we're a few minutes away from her house, she suddenly pulls me down to her height and kisses me deeply. As I start to get breathless, she pulls away, grinning,

        "I love you." My heart skips a beat,

        "I love you too." And after that, we continue walking to Sadies houses.

        I hope I gave her a great birthday.
