~Sadies POV~

  

  I still hold onto Lars hands for dear life, and I feel my grip slipping slowly. Looking up at Lars, I see his gaze cold onto the two men in grey suits.

    "LARS!" I yell and he suddenly looks at me. Suddenly, one of the men yell to us, 

    "YOU THERE!" Lars quickly shields his face, and his grip loosens but quickly tightens back.

    "LARS!" I yell again, "WHAT IS GOING ON! TELL ME THE TRUTH!" He looks at me, then the men. The beast suddenly squeals Garnet punches it in the stomach, and its vortex pulls harder. 

    "please Lars Quickly! I'm slipping!" He suddenly pulls me close to his face, and says. 

    "Sadie..." I await for him to finally open up to me, and cry on my shoulder and just explain whats happening, but he says, "Be quiet, or I'm gonna get caught." As those words leave his mouth, I feel my heart thud down to my stomach. I blink as I continue to stare at Lars, and he doesn't even look my way. Letting out a quivering breath, I slowly start to loosen my grip.

    "Fine Lars...you're going to get your wish." He looks at me in confusion, and I let his hands go.  

    "SADIE! NO!" He yells, as the vortex starts to suck me in quickly, and I only scream, my eyes not even looking his way. And then I'm engulfed in complete darkness.

    'See?' I hear my voice say in my head. 'He didn't care, he never did.'  

    "I-I know it's not true! He just has been having a ruff life! I have that feeling!"

    'Just give in to your consciousness Sadie. Lars isn't good for you-'

    "I'm going to give him a chance..." the conscious in my head suddenly goes quiet.

    "One more chance."

~Lars POV~

"Oh my god..." I say to myself, as Sadie gets sucked into the hellish vortex. 'What have I done?" 

"LARS!" I hear one of the men yells to me, and I look at them. The other one takes out a walkie-talkie and I scream,

    "NO! YOU CAN'T TAKE ME BACK!" As I yell this out, the monster suddenly poofs away in red smoke, and people lay all on the ground. Steven suddenly grabs the ring and stone and puts it in this weird bubble as I slide down the pole.

    People start to get up and talk to others, not remembering anything, but I still try to ask them all if they have seen Sadie. But all they all say no. Suddenly, I hear Steven yell,

    "LARS! I found her!" Gasping, I sprint to where Steven is, and I find them in the middle of all the people. She lays on the ground, her old scar on her cheek has opened up again and is slowly starting to bleed. Sitting down, I cradle her too me. The Garnet lady comes toward us and holds the two men by their collars, and they're knocked out.

    "These men don't have any memory...don't worry I've checked." I zone out as I stare at these men.

   "I can't beleive these men finally found me...after all these years of hiding." as I start to realize I spoke out loud, I feel Sadie move, and I look down at her, and her eyes are wide open, looking up at me.

    "Lars...we need to talk now."

    Here we go.
