Sadie POV

I wake up on my own the next morning, because- thankfully- the shop is closed. Sitting up, I stretch my arms and yawn. As I start to rub my eyes, I see something on my pointer finger. It's the ring Steven gave me.
"Weird." I say to myself,
"I don't remember putting it on." As I stand up, I adjust the shirt Lars gave me back from the island. It's still a bit small on me, and shredded of course, but I still love to wear it (at night) and think about Lars. Glancing out my window as I try to think about what to wear, I see the sun shining brightly, and I feel the rays from the sun beaming on me through the window. Sighing, I quickly change into a baby blue tank-top and a loose white shirt over it, and also a pair of shorts. Opening my door, I go to the bathroom and brush my hair a bit.
I wonder if I'll see Lars today
Doubt it though, he might be doing some dude stuff
Finishing up my hair, I run down the stairs, and start to make me some coffee. The stillness of the house makes me get a slight shiver up my spine,
"I wish I wasn't home alone all the time." I say to myself as I sip my coffee and head towards the doors. When I slip on my red toms, I open the door and step out, and I feel the heat of the sun.
It's gonna be hot today
As I start to walk, I still sip my hot coffee. Trying to think about what to wear tonight, I hear a loud bell ringing from a passing bike, and I look around, trying to find it, until I hear someone yell,
"WATCH IT!" And I fall to the side into the sand, and a biker passes me.
Rubbing my head, I try to think about what happened, and I see that my coffee fell open onto the sand beside me. Cursing softly, I get up before the spill can reach me.
"Hey you OK?" Someone asks me, and I turn to see a smirking Lars. Looking at him, he looks different. I can't quite think of it, but he just looks, unatural.
"Oh yeah-" I say shaking the sand out of my hair, and look back up at him, and I see he's staring at me.
"What?" He blushes deeply.
"I like what you're wearing, it shows your legs." He says, his voice cracking softly. As my blush starts to appear, his quickly goes away.
"But I wanted to tell you how stupid you looked when you fell down." My heart thuds and I look at him,
"W-What?" As I blink a few times, I feel sand go into my eyes, making me rub them. When I open them again, he's gone.
Wasn't he just...
Suddenly, I feel a slight pinch on my finger, and I wince in pain. Looking at my fingers, I see nothing. As I start to walk again, my eyes suddenly go to the ring.
How did you even get on my finger
I don't even remember taking you out of my jeans
As I look at it closer, I stop walking midstep, and blink in slight surprise.
"Weren't you crystal clear before?" I say to myself quietly, starting to slowly walk again, heading down town. The stone in the ring band isn't like it was before. No, it was is a very faint shiny red.

Lars POV

Slowly, I walk down the stairs, trying not to fall asleep. Making it to the bottom, I scratch the back of my head and ruffle my hair a bit.
"Barely slept last night." I say to myself. Walking into the kitchen. I open my mouth to say 'good morning.' but quickly shut it, because I'd just be talking to myself more. Sighing, I grab some cereal from my cabinet, and toss my phone onto the table. As I try to find the milk, my phone buzzes and I check it.
My Player Two- Hey, where r u btw?
I grab it and turn it on, almost getting blinded by the bright light.
Me- At home, just woke up, why?
Setting my phone down, I start to eat my cereal, and turn the TV on, and it's on the news. A lady with a bright red dress on, fixes her pile of papers. As I look for another channel to change it too, I suddenly see a picture at the corner, and my face goes pale.

It was a picturee of me when I was a kid. My ears sticking ou, looking like elephant ears, and my hair a big fluff mess, and a big wide smile plastered on my face.
The lady speaks in a proper, snob voice,
"It's been ten years since this boy-"
Quickly, I turn the TV off and cover my mouth in shock.
No no no!
Not now!
My phone buzzes and I stare at it.
My Player Two- Just wondering, thought I just saw you, lol :)
I smile softly, forgetting about the tv. Once I finished up my cereal, I put the bowl in the sink, and see all the other dirty dishes,
"I'll clean them later." I say as I grab my phone and start to go to the stairs again. Turning on my phone, I respond to Sadie,
Me- wow, u must miss me <3 Can't wait 4 2night!
When I make it to the top steps, I head into my bathroom and turn on the lights. They blind me for a few seconds, but not that long. When I have my eye sight back, I look at myself in the mirror,
"what does she see in me?" I ask myself softly. Suddenly, my phones buzzes and I look at it. Sadie sent me a picture and it's just her arm, giving a thumbs up. After I look at it for a few seconds, then I realize it.
Me- Great! You got your cast off!
Sending the text, I stick my tongue out at my reflection and turn off the lights and head toward my bedroom. I walk into my room, and shut the door. Setting my phone down on my bed I start to look through all my clothes for something to wear tonight.
I have got to have at least one nice suit or something!!
As I keep looking and looking for something, I couldn't help but feeling something bad is going to happen tonight.
