SaiOuMota accidentally broke something that belonged to Maki and they were making up excuses so they wouldn't tell her.
And let's say that item was a blue glass pig, (an example of course it's not like I owned a blue glass pig that got broken because it got smashed on the ground-) that was gifted to her from Himiko.
We all know telling her that something precious to her is broken is a death sentence.
Things led to another and now the room is on fire and they're like...
Shuichi: I got the fire, you guys get Maki and tell her about her glass pig.
Kaito: NO I'm better at fires.
Shuichi: You're better at fires?
Kokichi: You thieves this is my fire!
Kaito: Your fire???
Shuichi: But the fire spoke to me saying it wants me to put it out.
Kaito: THATS WEIRD!
Kokichi: Someone tell Maki, I don't want to do it!
Kaito: Finally someone said it.
Shuichi: *looks around*
Shuichi: Wait, don't you think this fire is getting a little out of hand?
Kokichi:
Kaito:
Shuichi:
Kokichi: Still better than an angry Maki.
Kaito: Yeah.
Shuichi: Agreed.
So then they continue arguing about who'll tell her about the glass pig while the fire is getting worse and worse.
Eventually, Maki walked into the room wondering why in the world the room smelled like something was burning only to be greeted but the three who were doing NOTHING ABOUT IT.
Kokichi: Maki!
Shuichi: We accidentally broke your pig!
Kaito: We're sorry!
Maki: More importantly...WHY IS THE ROOM ON FIRE?!
All: WE'RE SORRY!
The end.
What happened to them after is up to your imagination.
This could work for Kirumi too but I took it as Maki.
