Kirumi of course has a list of acquatence. Probs knows everybody's names. Like that one girl in Komi Can't Communicate but not the childhood best friend part.
Imagine going to a party and Kirumi's there and she like:
Kirumi: I'm an acquatence of the host.
And then you go to another party and she's also there. Like at what party is she NOT at? Just has a social circle that's not social, you feel me?
Does this count as a fan club? Well let's consider most of the rich kids invite Kirumi over to their parties and I'll consider it.

Tenko believes it's mostly girls and doesn't mind. Truth be told it's mostly insecure guys who find Tenko's talent really cool.
They don't even think about anything inappropriate, I promise you that. They just believe that Tenko's personality is something to strive towards to take care of their insecurities.
Honestly when Tenko found this out, she actually (secretly) helped them out a little about their insecurities and what they should do to relieve stress.
Does not call her fanclub degenerates, because if she's honest, they are nothing but kind.

Kiibo has one and is also part of "What are fan clubs?" squad.
Being a robot some things weren't calibrated for him to know. Fan clubs are not important enough for it to be in his database. Neither is Kokichi's entire existence but for some reason its still in his memory card.
No matter, he will just go up to one of them and ask what a fanclub is since he overheard Tsumugi talking about it and they were just looking at him so they were perfect to ask!
