Namjoon could not believe how his life has been so far. He saw the total acceptance of his kind, new technology being created, he loved his cellphone, and he finally had a chance to start college with his best friend, the two being grateful that they managed to get an apartment-like dorm room together. He was excited to see where this new chapter in his life was going to take him.

Namjoon was excited, he was starting university finally!! After 240 years of not knowing what he wanted to do and not even being allowed to, he finally figured it out and had signed up for classes as soon as possible. He didn't want to go into the family business, his parents assured him he didn't have to follow those footsteps, he could make his own. So, Namjoon was going into psychology. Specifically human psychology. He wanted to be able to understand the human brain and how it worked. Trust me, he knows how the vampire one worked, he's been a vamp his whole life.

Namjoon was walking through campus one day, headed to the library to get some studying done. He's been there a few times but Namjoon couldn't help but feel like this time was different and he didn't know why. Everything was the same to him, the same routine was followed like normal, what was different?

Being too wrapped up in his thoughts, Namjoon didn't realize that he walked into the library, headed straight for the front desk. He realized it too late when he ran into the said desk, almost ending up on his head on the other side of the waist-high wall surrounding said desk.

"Oh my god! Are you ok!?" A frantic voice asked Namjoon and he quickly looked up, breath hitching slightly at the sight in front of him.

His face was slightly round and he had the cutest cheeks Namjoon wanted to pinch softly, complemented by the strong jawline the boy had. The stranger had dark brown doe-like eyes that sparkled softly that Namjoon could get lost in for hours and never come back from that deep dark depth if you let him. A small nose complimented his slightly puffy lips. Namjoon did notice there was a small piercing between the strands of black hair that fell in his face, in the stranger's right eyebrow and he thought it was cool.

Realizing he has been staring a little too long, Namjoon stuttered out, "O-oh, uh uh yeah. I'm-I'm ok. Was just caught up in my thoughts." Namjoon cursed himself up and down for stuttering in front of the beautiful man in front of him.

"Oh good!" The male grinned, and Namjoon instantly fell in love with his smile. Namjoon couldn't help but smile back when the man in front of him had such a contagious smile, popping out his dimples.

"Oh my gosh!" The man gasped, startling Namjoon a bit and his smile dropped quickly, thinking his fangs scared the beauty in front of him. "You have dimples!!" The slightly squealed response made Namjoon laugh softly.

"Uh, yeah." Namjoon chuckled and stood there for a second before remembering what he came into the library for. "I hate to cut this short but I gotta get some studying done."

"Oh yeah! Yes! Yes, of course. I'm sorry. Just wanted to make sure you were ok, was all!" The man grinned again and Namjoon returned it with a little nod and started to walk away with a little wave.

'Wow, he's cute.' Namjoon thought to himself as he looked for a quiet corner to sit in.
