One Hour Later-Steve's POV

So Ultron's building something with Vibranium, i'm starting to like Tony less and less today. Clint and Tony are throwing darts past each other's faces, Clint being the only person in the world to do that to anyone. I still have to tell Sarah we're sharing a room tonight, though i'll be sleeping on the floor.

Fury mentions all of the world in a grave, Clint and I stiffen up as we look at Sarah talking to Clint's kids. This strikes a cord in both of us, giving me more motivation to get this mission completed.

"Has anyone been in contact with Helen Cho?" Banner asks

I don't under how or why Ultron would use her to kill everyone, until I realize that he has the scepter in his possession. We begin to plan things, working things out on who's going with who.

"Sarah's safer here." Tony tells us

"I don't mind her staying here, but we can't calm her nightmares like you can." Laura says calmly

"We don't need her." Tony shrugs as he peers over at my daughter

Sarah's POV

"We don't need her." Tony shrugs as he looks at me

"Why the h*ll not?" Steve retorts in a defensive tone

"We have Natasha..and even Barton, we don't need another assassin." Tony responds

"She doesn't do that anymore."

"How do we know? Maybe she's with us so she can break you down and kill any one of us..maybe even all of us, it wouldn't be the first time she came after you." Tony urges

"She's not here to come after you..or me."

"How do you know? Huh?"

"She's my daughter, she wouldn't do that." Steve sighs

My heart picks up pace, as if it likes beating; as if I like living.

"That's not a good enough reason, I know d*mn well enough that kids are not like their parents. I know for sure she can't be that similar to you since she doesn't even know you." Tony raises his voice

Laura comes over and grabs her kids, guiding them to their rooms. I follow behind, but stop and hide behind the doorway.

"I know she doesn't want to hurt us because I see that look in her eye when one of us tries to touch her, I try to even just make eye contact with her, and she flinches. She doesn't want to hurt us, but she will if we become a threat to her; she's a little girl-my little girl." Steve expresses meaningfully

"Thanks for the speech Cap, but we didn't come to hear you explain how much you love your kids. We came to save the world." Dr. Banner breaks

"I'm trying to save my world." Steve adds

Does he know that his words are making me feel a way I haven't felt in a very long time?

I feel like I could be happy in the future.

Like I could be a real kid again.
