What if Peggy was pregnant when Steve went into the ice?

"No, I think the patch should go under the star like I had it on the last one." I instruct as I point
"What about the shade of the thread differences from the star being stitched on and the patch being stitched on?"
"I don't think she'll mind, but if she does then I can fix it." I rub my hands over my face and through my hair
"What color do you want the threading to be?"
"Navy?"
"Well, I drew this earlier. I didn't know what would you think, but I figured I'd show it to you." he states as he holds up a paper
It's black pants with a blue jacket, dark red around the stomach and waist as there's a white X barred across the chest.
"What do you think?" he asks
"Eek." I turn to the designer
"Alright, what about this?" he hands me another paper
I take it from his hand to see that it's a black suit (like her Hydra one), but has a star on the right shoulder as I asked and gold lining that accentuates her body as if she would want to show it off.
"Hey boys, what's goin on in here?" Nat walks in
"Nat. Perfect. I need some help with your opinion on these." I state as I look up at her from the chair I'm seated in
"On what?" she walks to me
"I'm designing a new suit for Sarah so she can wear it when she goes on a mission with next time."
"Steve, we don't even know what Loki wants with her..let alone if she's still alive." she sets her hand on my shoulder
"Just let me have this please." I look up at her
"Very well. So, what exactly do you need help with?"
"I have samples of a few of these suits that I've been designing for Sarah, would you mind trying them on? You two are about the same stature, you have similar personalities to a point..you mind being a model?" the designer asks
"Where are they?" she sighs
Derek gets up from his seat and runs over to a row of sample suits we've been working on and hands them to Nat.
"You owe me for this, Rogers." she stares into me as she walks away
"For him comparing you to someone?"
"No, I love Sarah. You owe me because i'm being borrowed as a model." she states as she flings the curtain to hide her outfit
