He closed the tap and went to go grab a towel and came back. He dried himself then wrapped the towel around me and let me out the shower. No one spoke he just took me to bed helped me get under the covers. The crying had exhausted me. As soon as i got under the covers Sthe lotioned his body and said he would be back i just nodded and pretty soon i was out like a light.
I was in bed a woman was sitting on the edge of the bed i sat up. She was smiling looking at me so lovingly. She spoke.
Woman: Nomzamo my child why are you crying
Me: how do you know that my name is Nomzamo who are you. She just continued to smile.

Me: no ma dont leave me not again. She stood up. All will be revealed. Like that she just disappeared. I woke up and sat up it was now night. My phone rang. It was Menzi's number. I answered.

Me: yes im okay just a weird dream. A woman saying shes my mom and my dad needs me all that stuff.
Menzi: okay thats a start i been reading up on some things about memory loss. I read sometimes it can be due to a traumatic event that your brain completely blocked out your life before you came to Joburg as a coping mechanism.
Me: i hear you so how can i get my memory back?
Menzi: i read something about hypnosis maybe we could try that ill search around and see if i can find a hypnotherapist.
Me: oh ok umm Menzi?

He went silent.
Me: are you there?? Besides i dont think he heard me we were in the shower im just hurting so bad my heart wont accept what you told me.

Me: Menzi i cant do this please if they are going to kill me let them.

Me: what are talking about? What am i to you that a piece of you would die with me? He let out a deep sigh.
Menzi: because Ndoh... Im inlove with you... I have been for the longest time all the time i spent following you i ended falling for you.

With that he hung up. I was more confused than ever, i decided to delete the call history incase Sthe snoops on my phone. I decided to put on some music and lay down.
I must have drifted to sleep because i was woken up my someone holding me tight. I turned to look it was Sthe. He was not sleeping just staring at me.
Sthe: hey you usuvukile(you're awake) i brought you something to eat i didnt want to wake you though.
Me: thats sweet of you. I swallowed the lump in my throat what if it was poisoned. As if he read my mind he just said " you dont mind if i share with my woman" already taking a bite. I just smiled and ate as well.
Sthe: so do you want to go out to a movie?
Me: now?
Sthe: yes now or do you have other plans? I can tell you are upset babe and i want to cheer you up i have never seen you so broken so i just want to do my best to fix whats wrong.
Me: you cant, it cant be fixed i could die any day now how can you fix that?!
Sthe: shhh dont talk like that nothing will happen to you while im alive. He just brought me in for a hug. I broke it.

Me: umm i do.
Sthe: so whats wrong tell me. He had pleading eyes. Then Menzi popped into my mind. No he's risking his life to save me i cant let him down i have to be strong i just have to!
Me: babe i was just having a bad day nothing to worry about let me get dressed then we can go.
Sthe: okay ill leave you to it, dont take too long . He smiled.
Me: i wont so where are we going?
Sthe: lets go to Northgate mall its nearer.
Me: ok cool. With that he left me so i could prepare myself. I quickly grabbed my phone, dialled the number Menzi used to call me with after the 3rd ring he picked up.
Menzi: Ndoh are you okay??? He asked with panic in his voice.
Me: yes im okay, umm Sthe is taking me to the movies in northgate will you be able to follow us there and just keep an eye out i dont feel safe around him.
Menzi: ok ill do that and please act normal your life depends on it.
Me: okay ill try my best. We hung up .
I lotioned my body and got a jean and a pink top got some earings then got my pump shoes took my purse then went out. I found Sthe in the lounge alone.
Me: wheres your mom? i barely see her.
Sthe: she is barely home dont worry she will annoy you when shes always around. We chuckled.
Sthe: looking beautiful babe.
Me: thanks my love. He grabbed his keys and we left. Honestly my mind was not even on that stupid movie. I just needed to see a sign that Menzi was around i excused myself to go the bathroom. When i got inside someone just pushed me inside one of the stalls
Me: what the hell?!!? It was Menzi.
Menzi: shhh dont make a sound i want you too know im around dont arouse any suspicion by constantly looking over your shoulder Sthe is not stupid. Act normal!! I nodded. Ive never been in such close proximity with Menzi before i studied his face it was stern yet gentle his eyes had fire it should he was a passionate being. His cologne was inviting dont get me started on his lips. I leaned in to kiss him. He stopped me.
Menzi: no Ndoh not like this, i know you are hurting and probably just need to feel wanted. I do want you trust me i do but not like this. My love for you is patient. I just looked at him and smiled.
Menzi: i should go , remember act normal. He gave me a warm hug i squeezed him hard " Ouch" he cried.
Me: oh sorry sorry.
Menzi: its okay you and Nelly have that in common. He chuckled to himself.
Me: who is Nelly?
Menzi: my sis you have met her but you will meet her again soon. I was confused. A kiss on the cheek he left. I just did my business and went back to Sthe.
Sthe: yoh babe i was about to send a search party you been gone so long.
Me: hahaha dont worry babe woman things you know.
Sthe: does that mean angitholi tonight( im not getting any). He made a puppy dog face. It was funny.
Me: if you behave. We watched the rest of the movie in silence i was feeling more relaxed now that Menzi was around. I know im safe.
