The following day i was woken up with breakfast in bed the smell of the food woke me up and it smelt divine i was smiling until i realised who brought it. He was sitting on a chair by the window staring outside as if in deep thought.
Gosh i had to act so early in the morning.
Me: hey babe. I forced a smile.
Sihle:.hi my love, slept well?
Me: i should be asking you, after all you were the one who was pap drunk last night.
Sihle: im sorry you had to see me like that ukuthi i had a lot on my mind oh and i meant every word i said.
Me:.hmm ok so why the breakfast wheres your wife?
Sihle:.dont call her that. His face changed at the mention of Zinzi.
Me: oh ok wheres Zinzi ke?
Sihle:.shes still sleeping. He came over to me and handed me my food. I thanked him and he just kept silent.
Me:.yini Sihle you look so distant whats wrong?

Something was strange about Sihle there was a certain darkness in his behaviour i just prayed me and my baby would be fine through this. After i was done eating i went to go bath as told after i was done i was sitting on the bed wiping myself when Sihle just walked back in. I got such a fright i didnt know which part to cover first. Yena he just stood there staring as if he hadnt seen a naked woman before.
Me:. Dont you knock though?
Sihle: im so sorry umm ill be back in an hour or so just stay put, i got someone who will take care of you while im gone.

Me: oh okay.
Sihle:im sorry my love but whatever im doing is for your own good. Ngivele ngathula(i jusf kept quiet before he bites my head off again. He left. I found it strange that Zinzi hadnt come to see me phela every morning she would be fussing over me making me some weird healthy meals rubbimg me belly or screaming at the workers in the house but today, the house was too quiet.

Mr Khumalo and Nelly went to see Menzi. He was happy to see them and he explained everything that happened on that day.
Menzi:.the strange thing i wasnt alone shots were fired and i saw one of my friends go down i just done understand who found me only saw me and didnt mention anything about the others

Mr Khumalo: yazi angazi kwenzekeni ngaye he resigned with immediate effect a few days after you guys went missing. I remember telling him about Nomzamo's disappearance since i knew they were close but lomfana just said we must not worry she'll turn up. He wasnt even fazed by her being missing.

Nelly:sorry. She looked down.
Mr Khumalo: anyway we'll keep checking on you hopefully you wont stay too long.
Menzi: dont worry baba please take it easy ill find Nomzamo.
Mr Khumalo: and i believe you. He stood up assisted by Nelly.
Nelly:.bhuti keep well will check on you tomorrow but i doubt they will keep you much longer.

Nelly:.yoh hai ke bhuti i havent been called by that in years yuu . They laughed. They said their goodbyes. Menzi was left alone and for some reason he had an uneasy feeling in his stomach like he was going to here some bad news or something. He turned to his side and tried to sleep when he opened his eyes Lindelani was there from out of the blue. Menzi caught a shock.
Menzi:.hai mfethu you will give me a heart attack when did you even get here.
Lindelani :.Menzi you need to get out of here fast before you lose Nomzamo forever!
Menzi:.what? Yini what has happened? Do you .know where she is?! You better tell me now! Lindelani started crying.
Menzi:.what the heck ndoda are you crying?? Menzi was confused.
Lindelani: i dont have much time please tell the doctors you want to go infact insist on it i canf help you anymore i saved your life for Nomzamo's sake now its time you help her this time she is in more danger than you can imagine please Menzi please follow the signs they will lead you to her. With that the windows just blew wide open a strong wind came in the lights .flickered Menzi's bed shook as he was looking around at his moving bed everything went back to normal and when he looked up Lindelani was gone. He was confused as hell. Shit was getting real now. He rang the bell for the nurse. The nurse came after a few minutes .
Menzi:.get me Dr Schultz right now! Im leaving this hospital today with or without his approval.
Nurse:.but sir...
Menzi:.nurse please spare me a lecture ngyakucela do as i say nothing you say will convince me otherwise. The nurse was speechless she just shook her head and went to go do as she was told.

While Sihle was away i decided to look around the house a bit somethimg felt off even the usual workers who were always making a nuisance spying on me every now and then were no where to be seen. The house was huge i wasnt too surprised judging by the size of my room i mean ungafaka ( you could put) a family of four in there. I walked around just admiring the house it was marvelous yoh i just decided to called out Zinzi's name nje for the fun of it phela i was used to my hlanyos bandla. Silence. Then i came to the end of the passage there was a door i guess it was their master bedroom this thing called curiosity got the better of me i just wanted to take a peak inside and see how it looked. I knocked first just incase some one was on the other side. No one answered i tried again and still no one. So i walked in yoh it was amazing these crazies had great taste shame. I saw who i assumed was Zinzi lying in bed she had covered herself with a sheet.
Me:.Zinzi? Umm im sorry i was erm i was hungry so i came looking for you. She was quiet i couldnt even hear her breathe she was just too still. I went closer and shook her still she didnt move. I went over to her side and stood and opened the sheet i nearly fell over myself when i saw her. I covered my mouth in disbelief Zinzi's throat was slit right open, her lips were removed all you could see were her gums and teeth i turned .away i felt sick i was about to run out when a voice startled me.
" you have no business being here!" it was Sihle.
Me: im sorry i-i-i ...please dont kill me! I went on my knees and begged.
Sihle:.Nomzamo i would never kill you i love you. I did this for you.
Me: Sihle i didnt ask you to kill anyone let alone your wife.
Sihle:.i was solving both our problems babe i cant explain much we have to go.

Me:where on earth is that besides i dont even have a passport.

Me: i dont think i can fly at this stage of my pregnancy. I was looking for any excuse not to
leave.
Sihle: relax sthandwa sam thats taken care of. You and i will be flying vip style with our private jet with Dr Sade by your side to make sure nothing will go wrong. Ai i was defeated shame. I just followed him out.
