Menzi arrived at the hospital and Zoe stuck by him like a piece of chewing gum. He was annoyed but he would deal with later he didnt want to waste time arguing with her. They got in at reception where he gave the Lady working details about the patient he was looking for and which ward she was in. After tge lady gave him directions Zoe followed behind.
Menzi: yazi Zoe angikwazi ukuth uyaphi ngempela. (you know Zoe i really dont know where you going )
Zoe: dont tell me that i also want to find put whats wrong for all you know this could be some big scheme as a last attempt to get you back.
Menzi: shut up! Just shut up Zoe! I have very little patience for childishness i chose you didn't i, so why must you be here rubbing it in her face by being here? He stormed into the ward Nomzamo was in still Zoe followed him in. He met up with Nelly who was still at the nurses station talking to Dr Gosai. Menzi went up to them.
Menzi: hi Nelz is Zamo okay?? I was so worried, hi doctor sorry for rudely interrupting. The doctor smiled and greeted back.
Doctor: i see Nomzamo has a very caring family.
Nelly: yeah we care about her a lot this is my brother Menzi by the way, Menzi this is Dr Gosai Nomzamo's ob-gynae.

Dr Gosai: same here anyway let me check on my other patients she stable shame the baby daddy has been with her all day hasnt left her side anyway keep well I'll be back. Menzi and Nelly looked at each other confused as hell at what the doctor just said.

Nelly grabbed Zoe by the hair and pulled hard and started to slap her around Zoe was also throwing slaps around and she tried to break free from that grip. Menzi tried to break them off but failed they both landed on the floor with Nelly on top of Zoe. " uzawutsho uwayeke amadodabantu" she was said while she continued to beat her. The nurses called for security and the both were escorted out Menzi just didn't want to be part of the drama all he wanted to do was to see Nomzamo, Nelly was a grown up she would deal with Zoe and resolve things. He asked one of the nurses

Nurse: Sir i will have to insist that we keep our patient's environment calm as it is crucial for her at this moment so please anymore of that drama that the two ladies displayed i will have everyone banned from my ward. Menzi nodded in agreement she pointed the room number and Menzi went to it. He got in and saw a man laying his head on Nomzamo's left side of the bed his hand was holding hers. The man appeared to have dosed off Menzi went over to wake him.
Menzi: ey ndoda vuka! (ey man wake up) Sihle quickly got up startled.
Menzi: who the fuck are and what are you doing with my wife?!
Sihle: your wife? He laughed sarcastically. Listen here my man now is not the time nor the place im Sihle Madlala by the way. He smiled again flashing his dimples. Menzi was boiling over with anger but contained himself he knew if he started anything with Sihle he would be kicked out and lose the chance to see Nomzamo. He just grabbed a chair and sat on Nomzamo's right side he would deal with Sihle once he was out of the hospital. She held her hand while Sihle. He broke the silence.
Sihle: Menzi right? Lalela ndoda( listen man) i dont know what you heard about me but Nomzamo is my woman now. Menzi clenched his fists as soon as Sihle said that he wanted to punch his teeth in but again he had to keep calm. Sihle kept taunting him and he almost snapped when Nomzamo started to wake up. She opened her eyes and looked around and saw where she was she quickly touch her belly.
Nomzamo: my baby?? She started to cry unaware of the two gentlemen in her room. Sihle rushed to comfort her.
Sihle: shhh the baby is fine you need to calm down babe. Menzi stiod from his chair pissed of he went over and grabbed Sihle by his collar and pushed him against the wall. Nomzamo looked on in shock she wasn't even aware that Menzi was in the room.
Nomzamo: Menzi?? Stop it wenzani?! Leave him alone. Her monitor started beeping she pressed the button to call the nurse. Menzi let go of Sihle and went over to her.
Nomzamo: leave me the hell alone!!!
Menzi: Zamo please yehlisa umoya. Babe.( please calm down)
Nomzamo: Voetsek Menzi man voetsek. Nomzamo was getting real upset and her blood pressure started to sky rocket she was sweating and started to feel pain again.
Nomzamo: aaahhh my baby!!! The nurse finally came in and asked the two guys to leave while she tried to calm her. " Sister Monde please get doctor Gosai" she yelled out. Menzi and Sihle got out.
Sihle: you see what the hell you've done. Menzi didnt even answer he went straight and punched him the had a scuffle which security had to be called. The security broke the fight and escorted the two men out of the hospital.
Zoe was mad as hell how dare Menzi's trashy sister do that to her and Menzi just standing there letting her have her way. What was special about this Nomzamo anyway she thought to herself. No it wont be enough to simply destroy their relationship and bankrupt Menzi if she killed her then he would hurt him more than anything. She made a call. The person picked up.
Zoe: hello hey do you still work at the pharmacy??
Person: Zoe ufunani i told you never to call me again!
Zoe: listen hear you fool angifuni wena( i dont want you) i want pills to induce premature labor and hopefully kill the mom in the process can you get them to me in an hour?
Person: haibo Zoe thats murder besides drugs strong enough to do that are all accounted for i cant just make them available to you without a prescription.
Zoe: you idiot!! If you value your little married life you got going on and enjoying being mr goody two shoes you better make sure you get me those drugs and preferably in liquid form like an injection or something. Make it happen or you'll be sorry!!
Person: ill lose my job over this if it comes back to me.
Zoe: if you are smart you wont los it and i dont intend on leaving a trail make sure its acts fasts you know those things that stop the heart or slows it down or something but it must be lethal! She hung up. She had to think of a plan to get back into that ward without raising any suspicion so she needed a diguise. She saw Menzi coming out being escorted by the security gaurds, she went over to him.
Zoe: babe what happened?
Menzi: i dont want to talk about it ill come back tomorrow and wena come get your stuff im cutting that lease short. Zoe wasnt worried shes heard this before it was nothing her love potion couldn't fix. She just nodded she would deal with him later when she was finally rid of that obstruction that is Nomzamo. Menzi left her standing there got into his car and left. " oh Menzi darling you are about to lose everything that matters to you i will chew you and spit you out just ljle you did to me" she smiled devilishly. She called her pharmacy connection again told him where they should meet in an hours time he agreed. After the call Zoe called a cab it arrived in a few minutes she instructed the driver to take her yo a nearby boutique when she got there she told him to wait for her she rushed in and bought a whole different outfit and a sun hat and sunglass paid for the items and rushed back to the cab. She got into the back seat and started changing into the new clothes the driver kept stealing glances at her.
Zoe: yey wena! If you value your sight you will keep those frog eyes of yours on the road! Rubbish!.
Driver: sorry maam. Where should i drop you off?
Zoe: that coffee shop over there. The cab dropped her off she went in and went to go sit at a table and waited. The guy arrived after some time and looked around a few times without spotting her until she waved and he finally went over to her.
The guy : geez Zoe what the hell are you wearing?
Zoe: did you get the stuff what im wearing is no business of yours.
Guy: do you know how difficult getting this was and how i had to use my last money to bribe some doctor for a prescription?
Zoe : im not here to listen to your problems give me what i want and ill pay your the cents you spent for it.

Zoe: i know now drop me off at the hospital then your dues are paid. He didnt respond just got up and Zoe followed. He dropped her off at the hospital and left, Zoe made her way in. Her plan worked no one recognised her from the scuffle she had earlier on. She walked in the ward greeted the nurses and told them she was her step mother and she was very worried about her she flew all the way from Cape Town to come see her. The nurses fell for the sob story and she went in her once inside she took out the injection. Nomzamo was sleeping.
Zoe: just look at yourself looking all innocent i mean what do you have that i dont have? So you pulled the pregnancy card did you well im here to make sure that you and this brat inside you never she the light of day. She went over to Nomzamo's IV line and was about to inject into it when it slipped and fell to the floor. All of a sudden the room went cold extremely cold...
