Monday 17th August
Minji's POV
"Morning!" I said to my parents and little brother
"Morning dear"
"Morning honey" they replied
"Hey!" My brother yelled
"I'm going to head school" I said
"You aren't eating first?" Eomma asked
"You know I never miss a meal, but I'm too late, I need to get to school, I'll buy something from that cafeteria" I said
"See you later then!" Appa yelled as I already rushed out of the house
"See you!" Eomma yelled at the same time
"Ha! I get to go later since I'm in high school!" HongJoon yelled, making me shake my head
"See you!" I yelled back before shutting the door
"Hey!" My friend yelled from the bus stop
"Hey Jisoo! Sorry I'm late, I took forever trying to find my phone" I said
"Not a problem, you're here just before the bus is due to arrive anyways" she replied
"Oh- thank god for that" I let out a small chuckle "What do we have today?" I asked
"We have an English and science test today" She sighed "did you study for it?" She asked
"Yeah- but I didn't think we were doing it today" I whined "glad I studied when I did" I said
"Yeah- me too- it was brought forward since they've had to swap our Maths and geography test to Wednesday, when we were originally due to do this" she explained "so now we're doing the English and science tests today and the maths and geography test on Wednesday"
"So- I have a strong feeling a lot of our class aren't going to do well today" I chuckled
"Probably not..." Jisoo agreed and joined in giggling as well
Tssss*
You could hear the hiss of the bus' breaks
"Time for school..." I stated
At lunch
"I guess I have no money for dinner today" Jisoo pouted
"Oh- don't worry- I'll pay for you" I said
"Oh no... I can't have you doing that" she protested
"Well I won't take no for an answer! No one should miss a meal" I insisted
"Fine..." she gave in "thanks" she said
"Not a problem" I said and paid for her lunch
A few minutes later, we had finished eating "hey, I'm going to go to the restroom, I'll meet you in class" she said
"Alright, see you then!" I said
After lunch on the way to the last lesson of the day
I turned the corner to see Jisoo with some other girls, I was going to say hi but then...
