Later in the day
I looked through the glass door, but it just seemed that no one was in the office anymore 'where is he?' I wondered
"Corporal Kim?" A masculine voice spoke from behind me, I turned around to see a man with hazel eyes
"Captain Lee" I bowed
"You know me?" He asked
"Yes sir. Captain Lee HyukJae of the Narcotics Bureau" I stated, he just stood silent and then opened the door
"Come in then." He said
"Hmm... Kim JiU... Father Kim Euk-Jin... Mother Bae Ji-Na" he looked at the paper for a bit longer "why did you do it?" He asked
"Eh- what?" I asked confused as to what he was talking about
"why'd you do the arrest?" He asked putting the sheet of paper down on the table in front of him "you had no proper evidence, the arrest was unnecessary" he asked
"I believe that he posed a serious flight risk, considering his motive, Sir" I replied "Mr Park has been taken in for crime 4 times states his criminal record, I'm sure if I didn't arrest him then and there, had he figured out the cops were on his back again, he would've fled" I explained "so I think the arrest was more than valid"
"You've applied here before correct?" He asked
"Correct, Sir" I said
"Why are you so determined to join this bereau?" He asked
"There's someone I want to find." I stated simply
"Who is this you're wanting to find?" He asked, I replied to him with nothing but silence "Is it something I'm allowed to know?" He asked, only to be left with more silence as an answer
"I like punks like you" he smirked "you won't survive here without a good motive" he said
I smiled a bit then bowed and left the office
