The day of the operation finally came. This would be Ghost's first operation as an actual Rhodes Island operator. His outfit still remained the same, with the only difference being that he now wore an armband with 'Rhodes Island' written on it.

This operation was a joint operation by Rhodes Island together with the L.G.D, short for Lungmen Guard Department, the main security force of the thriving city of Lungmen. But oddly Ghost would always have this disgruntled look on his face whenever he heard any mention of Lungmen. Even when they had already arrived and were walking through the city's streets, he always had a discomforted expression carved into his face. He kept looking over his shoulders and peeking out of the corner of his eyes in all directions, overall really cautious as if he was on the lookout for someone, but nobody dared to ask him about it, passing it off as probably just his personality or how he operated.

Well, it's not as if the world wasn't already filled with enough weirdos with questionable behaviors.

For the operation, he was dispatched along with some other seasoned operators to operate alongside Amiya and dokutah. But, unbeknownst to all the other operators, before moving out, he had received one order directly from Kal'tsit,

"Keep an eye on Amiya and try to find any instances to show her an example. Do what you must, and use your arts if necessary. You're one of the only people we have who can be of a relatable example for her."

That was the order. Just what significance does it have behind it? Why would she entrust a task such as that to a newly recruited operator? And what knowledge does she have of his arts?

But out on the field, however, he and his fellow other operators had other orders to heed. They were to locate and retrieve an infected girl named 'Misha', as per ordered by The L.G.D's commanding officer, Inspector Chen. And they found her fairly quickly inside a small building, considering the only intel they were provided with were that her whereabouts were estimated to be around the outskirts of Lungmen, which was not a small area to search in. Though, it was not after a messy skirmish against some Reunion goons, that is. During the skirmish, his display of combat capabilities in the tight spaces of the streets of the outskirts impressed many the other operators with him, namely two other operators named Franka and Liskarm.

They were employees, or rather mercenaries, of Blacksteel, a Military company that was in collaboration with Rhodes' Islands, and they were veterans in their line of work.

"You aren't half bad. You have a great range of combat skills and you coordinate really well with everyone, even though you haven't even managed to train together with everyone. Especially us. Do you perhaps already have some experience in fighting as a team?" Franka abruptly asks Ghost as they were waiting on another individual to arrive at their location. A person that was responsible to help navigate their way out of there.

Safely.

"I was a soldier. And all I did was follow the dokutah's orders. Any person who's good at following orders would've done as good as me." He only gave a simple reply, enough to give her a satisfying answer to her question, as well as giving her the reality of things.

"...Right...." She was slightly offended by his reply. She only really wanted to appraise his performance a little, no need to just figuratively throw it back and belittle it.
"Sheeesh." She sighed, slightly shaking her head.

"Yo, Rhodes Island~" Then, a female voice could suddenly be heard greeting them all. It was a female Sankta named Exusiai, as per shown on her nametag on her work outfit, who acted as their navigations and intel provider for this ops. But other than that, though, her appearance for only mere seconds have immediately brought about annoyed faces to Franka and Liskarm.
