Taeyong giggled as he opened the large, black door to his apartment. Tip toeing inside trying to be sneaky while Jaehyun walked in with both boys in his arms, lightly sleeping.

He carried them to their beds, removing them of their coats, socks and trousers and just leaving them in their shirts to sleep.

Rolling his eyes as he pulled up their blankets to tuck them in tight, he could hear Taeyong laughing to himself somewhere in the penthouse.

"Shh." Jaehyun whispered as he pulled the boys door till it was almost closed, making sure the hall light was on before walking Taeyong to his bedroom, "You need to stop laughing at... at whatever you're finding funny."

Taeyong smiled, holding in the laughter by puffing his cheeks.

"What are you finding funny exactly?" Jaehyun asked curiously as the older stared at him intently.

"Me. Because I'm tipsy......... I never get tipsy." He whispered with his hand on the wrong side of his mouth, Jaehyun smiling at his silliness.

Taeyong undoubtedly has his silly, playful moments with him. But this tipsy Tae was on a whole different level.

Jaehyun could see the flush of pink across the older's face, the effects of the alcohol. It was almost calming that Taeyong allowed himself to enjoy the afternoon.

Knowing him before all of this happening, he wouldn't of looked at Tae as a person that would let their guard down.

But ever since they've gotten closer, all he has been doing is letting his guard down, opening up to him. He couldn't ask for anything more than what Taeyong has provided him.

"I know you are, and it's best to just sleep it off." Jaehyun cooed as he reached out and helped Taeyong lie down.

He stripped the older of his clothing and gave him one of his tops that he noticed Tae wears a lot, before removing his own clothing and climbing into bed.

Taeyong turned on his bedside lamp before turning to Jaehyun, "I'm not tired yet. Could you... tell me a story to make me sleepy? Anything boring will do." He assured.

Jaehyun scoffed, thinking for a moment before wrapping one arm around the older and pulled him close.

"There was once a boy that lived with his mother. They were very poor and could earn just enough money to live through life and meet their needs.

One day, when the mother earned enough money she took her son to school, everyone at the school laughed at him, because his parents used to bad and uncaring.

Due to this, the boy developed a hatred for his mother and thought that his mother's presence, and the memory of his drunken father, was an embarrassment and didn't want to live with her anymore.

So he studied very hard, got good grades and planned to leave his mother. When he graduated, he landed into a good job and moved to the city.

There he lived a life without the mockery and embarrassment from his peers about his mother and his fathers past.

It has been over five years since he last saw his mother, she stopped calling when he never reached out after a year had passed.
