They never will allow themselves to lose.
They don't know that they have already won.
He smiles, and she runs, the peace is a ruse.
They're scared of battle but the war is done.
Together they despise the loneliness.
But he forgets that he can be a king.
Eyes open, he'll embrace the ghostliness,
And haunt those who depend on a gold ring.
"Be who you are," says he, "no compromise."
"Reality is hell if you let it-
Do not settle and let them equalize,
If you stand they can never make you sit."
"You need no one, remember that," says he,
"It's hard. But you are you- take it from me."
