It was so great, I will always love, how we connected.
And it warms my heart, to know that our, trust was protected.
I think deep down, we always knew, we had a different future it is true.
Maybe we got a little confused, but in the long run so many wonderful things were loosed.
A lot has changed, but I don't mind, for my arms are open wide.
Welcome back.
I know that we can get our lives on track.
All we needed was a little mess before we aced the test.
It's not perfect now, it never was. But that's alright because:
I know that you and I will be friends for a long long time. I am confident we'll help each other again.
Do you feel it too? The friendship we have began anew.
It's not the same, as it was before. But we let it work out for the better rather than go driving us insane.
This may sound crazy but just maybe, we needed this. To get to where we are.
We've grown so much and we've come so far
That I can't help but feel. I will never forget all you did for me and all I know you'll do.
I understand our hearts were true. But now I can see that they are truer when we depend on each other but without the weirdness of before.
I will never forget you, I'm so happy to have you in my life.
Now before it gets to late I better get you that Christmas present you've been waiting for.
But first a thank you, for as friends go, when I met you I got the perfect score.
