Akane finally got home, she opened her room door and placed her bag down. Her head started to ache suddenly. She just shook it off and went to take a shower. She was still quite bothered by Fuji's action earlier. After showering, she sat down on her bed. She was wearing an oversize shirt that was draping over her torso, off one shoulder with shorts that could barely be seen because her shirt was too long. She sat down on her bed. Her head continued to ache making it hard for her to stand without feeling like falling over. Suddenly she heard someone knocking on the door. She groaned before getting up, slowly. She walked out of her room trying to maintain her balance. She opened the door and her eye widened.
" Hey honey." Daichi smiled. He looked like he just showered and he was wearing his bag, over his shoulder.
Akane squinted her eye, " O-oh Daichi. What are you doing here? "
Akane moved to the side and let Daichi in.
" Just wanted to visit you, i thought maybe I'll stay over." He said, smiling at her as he admired her.
Akane nodded and pulled his sleeve, leading him to the room. She helped him put his stuff away. Daichi kept on staring her, worriedly. Akane noticed. She turned to look at him. Suddenly she started to have a migraine. Her eyes became blurry and felt like she was going to faint. She fell over and blacked out for second. When she opened her eye, she saw that she was in Daichi's arm. He had a worried look on his face and calling her name.
" Honey! Akane can you hear me!? "
Akane nodded and tried getting up but Daichi carried her, bridal style and brought her to the bed. He sat down on the bed, leaning against the head board. He slowly sat Akane down between his legs and put her head against his chest.

He pulled the sheets over her, stroking her head. Suddenly the room stopped spinning and Akane's migraine didn't hurt as much. She felt better in Daichi's embrace.
" Love.. Are you feeling better? "
Akane nodded, looking up at him. She was about to apologise when Daichi held her closer. Tears started to fill her eyes. Daichi became confused.
" L-love?? Why are you crying? Are you uncomfortable? If you are I'm so so sorry! " He panicked, letting go of her so she could get up.
" No, it's not that. It's not that at all." Akane reassured him, wiping her tears.
Daichi looked at her worried, hugging her. Akane sighed and told him about Fuji. Anger started to build up in him as he listened to Akane. He felt as if he wanted to find Fuji and knock him out. After Akane told him, she snuggled up against his chest as her last tear fell down her cheek. It made him forget about Fuji for a second and made him focus on Akane. He let out a small smile as he watched her fall asleep.
" I hope you know that I love you and only you. I won't let that guy touch you ever again. " He whispered in her ear as he stroked her hair.
After a few hours, Akane started to wake up. She looked up at Daichi and realised he was on his phone. He was just scrolling through some emails. Daichi looked down at her and smiled.
" Are you comfortable? " Daichi asked.
" Mhm, very. Thank you, darling for making me feel better." She answered.
" Do you still have a headache? "
Akane shook her head. She moved away from Daichi's chest and turned to look at Daichi. Daichi put away his phone, tilting his head a little.
" Why are you looking at me like that? " Daichi grinned.
" I'm just glad that I didn't give up on love completely after what happened with Fuji. Because if I did, I don't think I'd be here with you." She smiled. She knew that it was quite a sappy thing to say but there was no other way to phrase it and that she'd might regret not keeping it to herself.
Daichi chuckled, carassing her face. Daichi smiled as he looked at her eyes then moving on to her lips. He put both his hands on her face.
" May I? " He asked. Even though they kissed before, he still wanted her consent.
A smile appeared on her face and she nodded, moving closer to him. Soon enough they were making out. His hands slowly slithered down to her waist and Akane's arm wrapped around his neck. He brought Akane's body closer to his. Slowly using one of his hands to rub up and down her back. A few more seconds lasted before they both pulled away from the kiss and catch their breath. Daichi let out a chuckled before bring Akane into a deep hug. Akane was caught of gaurd but she just smiled and returned the hug. Hugging him made her forget about the sappy thing she said earlier. Suddenly thunder started to roar, making Akane jump. Daichi laughed at her.
" Hey! Don't laugh at me." Akane pouted.
" Sorry Honey, I didn't mean too." He teased her.
She just shook her head and continued to lean against his chest. They sat and cuddled during the rain until they slowly fell asleep in each other's embrace.
The sun started to rise, Akane's alarm started to beep. Akane woke up and rubbed her eye. She looked to the side and saw that Daichi was still sleeping with his head resting in the crook of her neck. She stroked his head, trying to wake him up. He eyes slowly opened. He looked at Akane.
" Hm? " He groaned, tiredly.
" School." She whispered.
He sighed and loosen his grip around Akane. Akane patted his head before getting out of bed. Daichi laid down and started to fall asleep again. Akane laughed and went to take a shower. After showering, she quickly got ready. She went into her room and realised Daichi was still sleeping. She shook her head and went to wake him up. He started to toss and turn. He opened her eyes and sat up. He then realised that he had school. He quickly got out of bed and went to get ready. Akane laughed at him. She waited for him before heading out together.
