Part 33

Daichi's face was red, he still had his hands around Akane's thighs, longing for more of her lips. He rested his head on her shoulder in embarrassment.

" Sorry I went a little too far.." Daichi apologised as he's face kept turning even more red.

" Don't worry about it Darling. I didn't mind, turns out you're gonna miss me more than I'm gonna miss you." Akane chuckled, carcassing his head.

Daichi lifted up his head and looked at Akane. He nodded his head in agreement to what Akane had said. Daichi held Akane tightly and stood up, making sure not to drop her. Akane chuckled.

" Waittt, my apples. " Akane said, trying to reach out for it.

Daichi shook his head and laugh, he walked to the table and bent down so Akane could reach it. Daichi then walked to the bed, setting Akane down as she eat her apples happily.

A few days had passed, Ryu and Karasuno had been training hard. Daichi and Akane only saw each other when they go home but they'd be too tired to do anything.

- Current Time: Friday, 5:40 pm -

Karasuno and Ryu just finished their practice match.

" Ladies! Is time for drills, run 3 rounds around the whole court before doing the diving drills! " Luna instructed.

Karasuno was taking a break as they watched the girls do their drills. Even though its a practice match, Akane and Daichi wasn't able to talk much, they just exchanged teasing looks.

" Akane-senpai! I have our schedule for the first round." 2nd year, Mirai Daiki said. She's a new manager for the girl's volleyball team.

" Thank you Mirai." Akane thanked.

" We're up against Shirato Girl's high in the first round." Akane told Luna and Karin.

They nodded and continued on, while Karasuno went out on a run, leaving the gym for the girl's to use.

" Ladies! Now it's time for spiking drills, Karin will be tossing the ball." Akane announced.

In the corner of Luna's eyes, Luna saw a girl standing outside the window, she was peaking in. Luna looked at her and the girl suddenly disappeared. Luna just shrugged and let it slide. The karasuno boys came back from their short run and saw the girls packing up the things.

" Thanks for helping us clean up Akane." Sugawara thanked.

Akane nodded and continued to clean up. Everyone did their last stretches as Coach Ukai briefed the boys about their trip. The girls packed their stuff. While the boys finished up.

" Okay ladies, go home and get plenty of rest! Starting Monday we will have intense training." Akane announced, dismissing everyone.

Akane waited for Daichi outside the gymnasium. After he was done, they all got dismissed.

" Oh goodbye Akane-senpai." Tanaka and Nishinoya waved.

Akane waved them goodbye. Daichi walked out the door and walked towards Akane. Akane let out a small yawn before walking with him.

" So are you ready for the trip? " Akane asked.

" Yea, I am. Hopefully. " He joked.

Akane laughed and shook her head. They walked back silently. Akane saw a vending machine and decided to go get drinks. She took out her wallet and bought two can of sodas.

" Here you go. "

" Thanks Honey." Daichi thanked her, taking the soda from her hand.

" Oh and don't forget I'm leaving tomorrow for our camp. We're training in Tokyo with the other female volleyball teams." Akane reminded.

Daichi choked on the soda and started to cough. Akane's eyes widen, she patted his back. Daichi shook his head and started bursting in laughter. Akane tilted her head in confusion. She asked him what was so funny and Daichi just shook his head, continuing to drink his soda. Akane rolled her eyes and laughed with him. Soon enough they reached Akane's house. They finished up their soda and threw it in the bin. Daichi stood in front of Akane, looking down at her. Akane sighed. Daichi placed his hands on her face and rubbed her cheek with his thumb. Without hesitation, Akane pulled Daichi in for a deep hug. Daichi's eyes widen as he hugged her back.

" See you after a week, okay? " Akane whispered.

Daichi nodded, pulling away from the hug and kissing her cheek.

" Take care." Daichi mouthed.

Akane nodded, " You too. I love you."

Daichi chuckled, " I love you more."

They waved goodbye and Akane walked into her house. Daichi watched as her door closed. He sighed and walked home. Akane put down her stuff and plopped on her bed. She yawned and her eyes slowly closed.

The sun had started to rise, Akane's alarm started to beep loudly. Akane groaned and tried to reach for her alarm to turn it off. She rolled out of bed and went to take her towel to take a shower. After showering Akane packed the last of her stuff when she received a text.

Akane turned off her phone and head out the door. She wore her shoes and walked to school. Almost everyone was at the gym, though some of the 2nd years have not arrived.

" Akane, could you take attendance? And for those who are not here try to contact them. The bus will be arriving soon." Coach Neromi said.

Akane nodded her head and took out her clipboard. She took attendance while calling those who had yet to arrive. After a while everyone finally arrived and so did the bus. They went in and sat down. Akane, Karin and Luna sat at the back sit and off they go to their camp.
