She looked at her as if she knew everything about her, as if she felt her pain, concern, and like she understood the whole situation, deeply as if she could see through flesh and blood; seeing what you really were. She conveyed pure peace, wisdom and her smile were so sincere, as if she knew all the secrets of the universe.

Which she probably knew.

Her smile deepened when Rebecca approached her. To the girl's surprise, she got up from her meditating position to meet in the middle. She didn't know what to say or how to start. She was even more panicky than when she met George Harrison himself, or the rest of The Beatles, it looked like meeting a celebrity.

"I knew one day you would arrive" the guru said by way of greeting. "We were waiting for you." Rebecca hesitated her steps a little scared by the comment. "Why don't we take walk?" the guru offered, pointing the way with her hand. Waiting for Rebecca to join her and a moment after she actually did.

Becca arrived in India the day before, she spent the night in Delhi, and at dawn she just headed upriver towards the mountains. When she arrived at the ashram it would be noon, it was a bit overwhelmingly hot.

After a nice girl installed her in a bungalow where she left her belongings, she didn't hesitate to go looking for who she'd been wanting to find, she didn't even bother to change the dirty jeans she was wearing to look more presentable. Perhaps it would be soon, but Rebecca longed to dive deep into that.

After a long quiet silence following the nearby river, Rebecca dared to speak.

"I really don't know how to start... I've never done anything like this," she said without worrying about her accent or mispronounce any word. She suspected slightly that words wouldn't be so necessary.

The Yogi smiled warm and friendly, inspiring confidence.

"Must be difficult, I know. Not always we're allowed see your situation, there are just a few visi..." she said serenely.

"A few?" Rebecca looked at her confused.

"What do you wanna know? Why are you here, my little girl?"

"I want answers" sighed the girl.

"There are many things that doesn't have one,"

"You mean I won't get any?" her brown eyes wandered around the place.

The woman next to her smiled again.

"Not if you don't allow it, you need to leave many things behind to give the next step. These things blind you wild,"

"You know? Meditation and all this stuff is not my thing. I can't concentrate, I'm very... active, I never been capable to turn off my thoughts. My mind flows every time I try because lord, I've tried," confessed Becca.

"That's why I'm here, to guide you," she replied calmly.

"You said... 'a few' What do you mean with?"

"My girl, you can't believe that you are the only one who has returned, right?" she answered so simply.

WHAT THE FUCK?
