Chapter Three:

As Pravya strolled down the corridor, a peculiar feeling washed over her when she spotted Ranbir's signature. Something didn't sit right.

Scene Shift: Kohli Mansion

In the dining hall, Vikram, Pallavi, and the overly made-up Rhea were gathered.

Vikram: "Pravya is quite the clever one. Dida's taken a liking to her, Rhea. You need to do something to win her over!"
Pallavi: "Vikram, let's be honest-she doesn't like Rhea at all."

Rhea: "That Prachi cast some sort of spell on her! I thought that girl would be gone for good, but now here comes Pravya, looking just like her."
Pallavi: "We need a plan to evict Pravya from this house."
She was interrupted by a voice.

"That won't be easy, Mrs. Kohli."

All three turned to see none other than Pravya.

Pallavi: "You think you're clever, don't you? Just wait-I'll have you out of here soon!"
Pravya: "Let's see who gets thrown out first. Rhea, you might want to take notes."
Rhea fumed as Pravya smirked and headed to her room.

Inside Ranbir's Room:

As Pravya entered, her heart sank at the sight of countless photos of Ranbir and Prachi. She was taken aback-Prachi looked just like her. A lone tear slipped down her cheek, but she quickly brushed it away.

Pravya's P.O.V:
Mr. Kohli truly loved his wife. If he cared for her this much, there must have been a misunderstanding. He wouldn't have willingly separated from Prachi... something is definitely off.

Her mind drifted back to Ranbir's words from the previous day.

Ranbir: (confused) "Oh, okay... wait, Pravya?"
Pravya: "Yes?"
Ranbir: "Thank you."

Pravya: "For what?"
Ranbir: "For stopping that illegal marriage. You have no idea how much I wanted to prevent it. You were my saving grace."

Pravya: "No need for thanks; it was my responsibility."

Brought back to reality, Pravya thought, He thanked me for breaking that marriage, which means he genuinely loved Prachi. He can't even consider marrying someone else.

Just then, Ranbir entered the room and noticed Pravya staring at the photos.

Ranbir: "What's wrong?"
Pravya: (snapping out of her thoughts) "Oh, nothing! When did you get back?"

Ranbir: "Just now. Wait-were you crying?"
Pravya: "No, just... curious. You really loved your wife, didn't you?"

Ranbir: (smiling softly) "She was my everything. I can't fathom being apart from her. My biggest mistake caused her to leave."
Pravya: "Mr. Kohli, don't be so hard on yourself. It's clear how much you loved her. She may not be here physically, but she's always with you in spirit."

Ranbir: (smiling) "Perhaps you're right."

As the music played softly in the background, Pravya prepared to leave when suddenly her foot slipped. Two strong arms caught her just in time, holding her securely.

They found themselves locked in a gaze, lost in their own world. Ranbir gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, just as Pallavi walked by, seething with jealousy.

Pravya broke the spell first, clearing her throat.

Pravya: "Ahem... Mr. Kohli?"
Ranbir snapped back to reality, straightening up, looking flustered.

Ranbir: "Uh, sorry."
Pravya: "No worries. Thank you, Mr. Kohli."
She turned to leave, but he called after her.

Ranbir: "Please, call me Ranbir. It makes me feel less senior."
Pravya: (laughing) "I've never viewed you as my senior! What should I call you then?"

Ranbir: "Just Ranbir will do."
Pravya: "Alright, Ranbir."
She smiled and started to leave, but he stopped her again.

Ranbir: "If you don't mind, could we be friends?"
Pravya: (thinking) "Hmm, I'll let you know."
She smiled as she walked away, leaving Ranbir a bit puzzled but smiling nonetheless.

Precap:
People start to misunderstand Ranbir and Pravya, while others misinterpret Rhea's intentions. Can you guess what's brewing?
