The moment I walked into school, I was nearly taken down to the floor. I was instantly embraced in a hug with arms that squeezed around me tightly. "Jesus Christ! Thank God you are alright." Seraphina swiftly rambled.

I couldn't help but smile because I hadn't been this close to her in what feels like weeks.

When she pulled away from me, she gently grabbed my bottom lip that was still a little swollen. "Bastards." she cursed them and I smirked a little. I assumed that PJ informed her on what happened, but I was corrected. "Atwood told me about what happened. Are you alright? Jesus, of course you aren't okay! And to think you would have died without us ever making up for what happened..."

I softly smiled at her. "That's what I thought too when it was happening." I admitted to her.

"I knew I wasn't finished yet. I had too much to say, too much to do."

She smiled and nodded her head.

"You certainly aren't finished yet." she agreed with me, grabbing both of my hands. "Not until we have that trip to Bora Bora for our summer graduation trip."

I chuckled and rolled my eyes as I felt them get teary. "After what happened, it dawned on me that we were keeping things from me to keep me safe, right?"

I looked at her as if I was a deer caught in headlights. She nodded his head and put her index finger up to her own lips, prompting me to stay quiet about it.

"Not in public, okay?" she reminded me that we weren't alone. We are never really alone. "But I appreciate you so much for trying to protect me... it makes me love you even more."

I smiled and looked down at my nervously shifting feet. "But?" I finished for her.

"But I am your best friend. Therefore, I was contracted to know all your secrets even if it means that I will be in danger." she reminded me of what we mean to each other. "If I kill someone and drag their body across the living room floor."

"My person." I finished off our Grey's Anatomy reference.

"Which means no secrets." she looked at me with a serious look. "No secrets."

I smiled again and nodded my head. "No secrets." I held out my hand and waited for her to shake. She smirked at me and grabbed onto mine. "Great! Now that we are in agreement, you can come over to my house and we can discuss what went down between you and Atwood. Since we have no secrets, right?"

She nodded slowly at me with squinted eyes. "You sneaky bitch."

"Sneaky or clever?" I asked with a tilted head.

Sneaky.

She snorted and rolled her eyes. "Both."

I laughed and started to walk away. "I'll send you the address." I told her. The confusion other face was hilarious and I could have almost cried in laughter.

"Why are you sending it to me? I know how to get to your house."

"You don't know my new residence, do you?" I yelled down the hallway and her eyes widened. She ran to catch up with me, but I ducked off in a crowd of students so she couldn't find me.

"Sneaky!" I could hear her voice in the distance, which caused me to laugh even more.

As I was heading to first class, I ran into Beau's chest. I nearly toppled to the ground, but her grabbed both of my elbows, stabilizing me.

His touch felt like a surge of electricity that bolted through me. "Easy there." he warned me with a cute little grin on his face.

"Sorry!" I apologised while trying to shake off that embarrassing feeling. "I was just in a rush."
