"What happened back there, Wolf?" Yasmine asks the masked male and he tugs it off his face, along with the hood covering his head but she doesn't blink twice having seen her fair share of his face countless times. His nose is broad and tall, his lips framed by faded stubble that is just as dark as his hair.

"Hey, watch it with the real name." Wolf warns her lowly but she just smiles, then folds her arms across her chest and gives him a stern look so he sighs and gives in. "I got a call, a few days ago... I was gonna take care of it on my own before I came to you, but then stuff happened and here we are. Luckily I didn't ignore it, or Crow wouldn't have been able to see it in time."

"Your sister is part of this too?" Yasmine shrieks and Wolf holds up a hand and asks her to calm down.

"Relax, Okay? Before you yell at me some more, give me a minute to explain at least."

"My daughters are in the other room." She hisses.

"Yeah, and if this wasn't important, I wouldn't have showed myself, okay?" He tells her and she waves for him to go ahead. "I got offered a job, it was to find a 'James Davenport' and kill her. I agreed to do it, just to buy some time while I gathered some info on everything. Which one of them is James?"

"Jamie sugar, can you come in here!?" Yasmine calls and Hitter stands and tugs his mask back up his face, looking at the door just as sure enough, she comes in.

She radiates confidence like no other, her presence is intimidating as hell but all the same unpredictable at times and now he's in the same room with her, seeing that up close and personally not including the time she almost beat him unconscious when he refused to fight back.

"Yes?" Her figure hugging dress accentuates her curves as she stands effortlessly, but her hips happen to be on show. She's clearly attractive and knows what kind of makeup, hair and even clothing works to compliment her style, shape and personality.

She's rich but a boss. Not to be taken for granted.

"It is her?" Hitter says unbelievably but not surprised and Yasmine nods.

"Her who? The girl who you broke into her hotel? Mom he broke into my room." Jamie tells Yasmine pointedly who nods.

"He was there to protect you."

"From what? Mom, those people weren't after me." Jamie says and S.H and her mother look at her.

"I think the incident that happened earlier proves otherwise." Hitter says in a dead voice and Jamie turns her head around and pins a glare on him.

She really doesn't like him.

"I didn't ask for commentary," She sneers. "But since you need some attention, I'll include you. They weren't after me because they were after you." Jamie looks at her mother who frowns, but saying it out loud makes more sense as to how everything played out and Jamie mentally applauds herself for figuring it out so quickly.

"Are you trying to make yourself feel better or something? Attacks like that happen to everyone." S.H says and Jamie rolls her eyes.

"Maybe I'm trying to give your ego glasses to see past it's pedestal." Jamie bites back and Hitter raises an eyebrow at her sharp tone and response as she turns to him, her eyes trailing over his greater height but she doesn't waver in the least.

"Okay wait, both of you. You're giving me a headache. Sugar, what makes you say these people are after me?" Yasmine asks and Jamie turns to her mother.

"Because, crouched down behind the table, only one side was being fired at. Bullets practically grazed you and Rikki, but for me, Nia and Elly, barely. Besides us also being there. The guns were firing at you."
