Jonathan sat alone on his couch, looking at his TV. His favorite movie Remember the Titans, but he wasn't even watching it. He was dressed- ready to go, but he was waiting for Denise to bring his daughters back home. He finally caved in and allowed her to keep them over the night. He really didn't want to because he didn't trust her at all, not even a little bit.

But a lot of the time, Denise put him on the spot by asking him in front of their daughters. Serenity and Joy jumped at the idea, and there was no way that Jonathan could say no their adorable, excited faces. He said yes but he had rules and guidelines. They had to be at her grandmother Aretha's house, and Aretha was aware of it. None of Denise's friends or associates could be there while his daughters were there. Denise was over the moon and agreed. It was only for one night but Jonathan was panicking all night long. If it weren't for Taylor, he would have went to pick them up, but she somehow convinced him to relax and go to bed, via text message.

But now, there was no calming him down. Denise was supposed to have them back by ten o'clock am. It was now eleven-thirty and he has yet to hear from her. He called and she didn't answer. It just continued to ring and go to voicemail. He texted her but she didn't even open it. He even called Aretha but he knew that she at Bingo with her girls, so she wasn't going to answer. Jonathan didn't want to go looking for her because she might arrive while he's out.

Jonathan heard Taylor's text tone, and immediately sat up straight up.

Received from T. Anderson: I think I'm outside.

Sent to T. Anderson: You think?

Received from T. Anderson: Yes, I think. Lol I might be on the other side.

Sent to T. Anderson: I'm coming to find you.

Jonathan stood up from the couch and headed outside to see if his dear friend was actually here.

Received from T. Anderson: Lol okay

Taylor was in fact at his apartments, sitting in her G-Wagon. Jonathan could only laugh because she was actually driving herself. It was Jonathan that suggested that she give a Julius a break and drive herself for once. He didn't see the need in having a chauffeur, especially when it wasn't work related and when they were with Serenity and Joy. Taylor listened to his point of view and somewhat understood. She told him that she would take his advice but he didn't believe her.

Sent to T. Anderson: Girl, get out the car!

Jonathan heard her laugh from where he was standing and watched her open the door.

"Hi, good morning." Taylor giggled with her arms open for a hug.

"Good morning." Jonathan replied, wrapping his arms around her lower back. Like any other hug, it lasted longer than a normal platonic hug would. They just didn't realize how long it actually was.

Jonathan took a step back from her once they finally let go of the embrace. His eyebrows furrowed as he looked at her, trying to figure out why she looked so different. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Taylor asked.

"Why do you look different?"

"Excuse me?" She asked with a raise of her left eyebrow.

"Something is different about you." He said with narrowed eyes.

"Um, maybe my hair? I told you that I was at the salon yesterday."

"Yeaaah!" He exclaimed. "It's darker! Not that much but it's darker."

"Just one shade darker. You like it?" She smiled.

"Not really," Jonathan shrugged his shoulders. "but it's not my head either."
