"Hey, gorgeous!" Taylor greeted Serenity when she answered the FaceTime call. Despite how the night ended when Jonathan pulled Taylor out of the club, she had stepped up a lot in Joy and Serenity's lives. Even more so since Jonathan told her about Serenity's break down. She didn't even realize it because it was just second nature to be there. When Taylor wasn't at work, she was with Joy, Serenity, and Jonathan of course. She took Joy to gymnastics, and Serenity to her soccer practices and games. If they weren't at Jonathan's house, they were at Taylor's. They were always together, and happiness bounced from one to the other.

Joy and Serenity had their own bedrooms at Taylor's home simply because she wanted to make sure that they felt at home. It wasn't officially their home but it was still their home nonetheless. The rooms weren't identical to the rooms at their father's house, but they were quite similar. They loved that Taylor gave them bedrooms at her home. She opened up her home for them just like she opened up her heart. They would be forever grateful.

"Hi, Tay!" Serenity smiled. "Daddy said you were going somewhere! Is that true?"

"That is true." Taylor nodded her head with a smile then glanced up at Tiffany. The two of them were set to have a girl's day with their cousins Audra, Reena, and Kara. Kara wasn't actually invited. She just happened to be around when Tiffany was talking about it around their mother and she felt obligated to tell her about it. Desperately wanting to fit in and be liked, Kara said yes.

"I'm about to head out in a few minutes." Taylor added.

"Me and Jo want to go! Can you pick us up?" Serenity asked excitedly. She just knew that Taylor would agree and be there shortly.

"Aaaw, sweetheart." Taylor said beginning to feel bad that she was going out without them. "Not this time."

"Whhy nooot?" Serenity pouted as she was completely shocked. It was the first time that she was actually told no by Taylor.

"Because I'm going somewhere for adults only, baby love." Taylor answered but it wasn't entirely the truth. She wasn't going to do things that children couldn't do. She could have easily brought Joy and Serenity with her today, which would have been great for her sister to meet Joy and Serenity. But, her cousin Kara would be there. Kara knew nothing about Taylor practically being a mother. Taylor knew that if Kara found out, their entire family would know. That's not exactly how this part of her life should be announced. It needed to come her very own mouth.

"Oh." Dryly, Serenity replied, hopping that Taylor would change her mind and go pick her up. But, Taylor was literally grabbing her purse and heading for the door.

"I'll talk to your Dad later and see if we can do something tomorrow."

"He's right here- hold on! Daddy!" Serenity exclaimed as she was sprinting to the kitchen from the living room. She gave her father her iPad, and he instantly smiled- almost making Taylor blush. It was the look of admiration in his eyes and the smirk on his lips. She couldn't help it. She absolutely loved the way he looked at her. As soon as she blushed, Tiffany playfully gagged beside her.

"Hey- you're very pretty." Jonathan complimented, licking his lips.

"Thank you." Taylor giggled, trying to ignore the seductive look in his eyes.

"Daddy, I want to hang out with Tay tomorrow!" Serenity informed before he could say anything else in response. It was time to get to the point of the FaceTime call.

"Tay, are you busy tomorrow?" Jonathan asked Taylor.

"I am not, but you knew that already." She gave him a knowing look and he just chuckled. "Ren, what do you want to do?"
