After having to change yet again this morning, you were finally about to leave to get Seven. You were excited to also see Noah, Sophia and Izzy. You hadn't seen them since you were in London save the odd FaceTime call. Considering the rent was paid, they decided to stay in London for a while longer. You quickly put your hair up before going to Loki's room.

"Ready?" He asked walking towards you as you stood in the doorway.

"Let's go."

Within a blink, Loki had teleported you both outside your house in London. Looking around, you could see nothing had changed. Same flowers, same weather, same atmosphere. You felt an odd sense of longing. This had been your home for so long. You and Sev. You were happy, of course you were happy, Loki was back now, you had everyone back but with that came the knowledge that there was someone out there who at one point wanted you dead, Loki dead, Sev dead. It was sickening. Regardless of whether they were still after you, they still possessed objects that posed a threat to your family as well as everyone else. Despite how much you just wanted to grab Loki and Seven and run, shielding them from all harm, you couldn't. You had to fight.

"Y/n love, are you alright?" Loki said snapping you out of your thoughts.

"Yeah" you smiled before ringing the doorbell.
When the door opened, you couldn't help the wide smile that coated your face seeing Noah.

"Noah." You smiled.

"Come here y/n." He said pulling you into a hug. Looking over his shoulder, you saw Izzy.

"Izyyyy." You cheered, pulling away from Noah and kneeling to the floor, picking up the child whilst Sev ran towards you, hugging your legs.

"Don't just stand there, come in" Sophia gestured to Loki "you look well." She added, winking at you before taking Izzy and giving her to Noah as she hugged you.

"Can I speak with you please y/n?" Noah asked.

"Absolutely." You nodded "Loki, can you get Sevs things ready please."

"Actually, both of you." Noah said walking towards the front room as you and Loki looked at each other with a worried expression. When the three of you walked in, your heart sunk seeing that everything was pretty much the same as you left it. You had told Sophia that she was allowed to do whatever she wanted so seeing it looking so the same was unexpected.

"It's Seven." Noah spoke.

"What happened?" Loki asked furrowing his brows trying to hide his anxiousness.

"She cut her hand."

"Oh no, is she alright?" You asked frantically, holding your chest, slightly relived that it wasn't worse considering Seven looked absolutely fine when you saw her.

"It healed within seconds y/n" Noah explained slightly shaky.

"Oh." You smiled nervously lowering your head.

"She's different isn't she y/n?" Noah uttered.

"She's my Sev." You responded, looking back up at him "thank you for watching her Noah."

"Don't be ridiculous, anytime." Sophia chimed, walking into the room with Sevens things.

You all said your goodbyes before teleporting back to the compound. You remained silent, feeling saddened by having to say goodbye again and the fact that Sev was different. She wasn't like you, she was like Loki. You had been trying to avoid the fact since you had asked Bruce to run some tests on her and he told you the results. You didn't want to think about it, not now.

The three of you went to Sevens room to help her unpack. As you were walking in, Loki pulled you back.

"What's wrong?" He asked looking down at you as he put a hand on your cheek.

"I'm fine Loki." You lied.

"Love, what's the matter? I saw your expression change when Noah spoke about Seven." He replied wiping a tear that had fallen down your cheek.

"She's like you Loki." You lowly confessed.

Loki took a sharp inhale as you wrapped your arms around his torso, hugging him. He kissed the top of your head as he hugged you back, knowing what you meant.

"She'll reach maturity and then she'll be immortal just like you." You sobbed "unless a crazy assassin tries to stab you with a dark object again." You choked trying to transform your sadness into a joke.

"Stop y/n." He whispered, rubbing your back.

"And you'll both be together for hundreds of lifetimes and I'll be rotting in some sort of ground." You cried.
You felt Loki hold you tighter as if he hadn't come to that conclusion already. Perhaps he was just trying to ignore it like you were.

"Y/n s—"

"No Loki I need you to promise me that you'll never leave her." You begged as you pulled away and looked up at him.

"How could I my love." He replied with a sad smile.

"And when I'm gone, please take her away from here." You added, hugging him again.

"What do you mean?"

"Take her to Asgard. I don't want you both here mourning my loss, I want you both somewhere beautiful. Promise me that Loki." You murmured.

You felt him shaking his head along with a sniffle as Seven skipped around her room, putting things away, oblivious of the conversation.

"Promise me" you urged again.

"I promise you."
