Making your way to the compound, you felt beyond anxious. What if no one wanted to see you? What if they were angry? What if they had just simply forgotten you? You wouldn't have blamed them, you just left without warning and you and Steve had fallen out of contact since you've been in London. What if they've just replaced you?

You walked in before Loki and Seven. Walking through the hallway, you ran your fingers against the wall. Everything pretty much looked the same save the odd few plant pots. It was silent. The type of silence that deafens you. The type of silence that swallows you whole, engulfing you in darkness. You felt like just turning back around. No one would see you. No one would know you were here. You could do it. Turn around y/n, go back, leave—

"I-I don't believe it" you heard followed by the sound of a spanner hitting the floor. Turning around, you saw an astonished Tony standing frozen. You both stood silent for a few moments just looking at one another. Maybe he was angry. You didn't even see when Tony sprinted towards you, all you felt was him squeezing you.
"Wheredya go kid, why did you leave me?" Tony sobbed into your shoulder as you tried your hardest not to cry.

"When did you start calling me kid?" You said pulling away from the hug laughing, as your lip trembled.

"You bought a house" he laugh cried with you.

"You didn't cancel your credit card."

"I'm happy you're home."

You soon heard someone else walking into the room.
"Y/N?" You heard a gasp.

Turning around, you saw Thor standing as stunned as Tony was.

"Y/N, I-I" he stuttered as you strode towards him, wrapping your arms around him.

"Your hairs grown" you laughed as he squeezed you tighter.

Thor opened his mouth to speak again but closed it as he heard a familiar—

"Hello brother"

Thors grip relaxed around you as he stepped backwards covering his mouth with a hand.

"Loki?" He whispered as his voice broke.

"I'm here" Loki smiled before being scooped up into a ferocious hug from Thor. You watched with a smile on your face as the two embraced each other. Thor looked down at the ground when he saw Seven step from behind Loki.

"Who-what" Thor stuttered looking down at the girl.

"I'm a princess, Dad said so" Seven beamed.

Thors gaze flicked from Seven, to you and then to Loki who nodded. Thor then grabbed Loki back into a hug, kissing his forehead before pushing past him and kneeling before the little girl.

"Hello, and what's your name small princess?" He waved.

"I'm Seven" she smiled.

"I'm your uncle Thor" he replied shaking her hand that looked tiny in his.

"You're a princess too, I like your hair" she cheered running a hand through Thors golden mane.

"Well I am a prince, and a future king, not sure about a princess though." Thor said gently removing Sevens hand.

"But you have princess hair." Seven reasoned.

"No, definitely a prince" Thor smiled as he stood back up.

"Princess" she pouted crossing her arms.

"Seven" you warned.

You hadn't noticed, but Tony had called everyone into the room. Looking up from Seven, you caught sight of Natasha who was HOLDING HANDS WITH BRUCE.

"Nat" you yelled running towards her "you're blonde and you're holding Bruce's hand and oh my gosh is that an engagement ring?"

Smiling, Natasha turned her attention from you to Seven. "Turn around for me baby" she said gesturing for Seven to spin around. Seven spun and you looked back at Natasha who slapped you across the face before grabbing you by the chin to face her again with a finger over her lips so you wouldn't scream the "ouch" that was building up inside you before pulling you into a hug.

"6 years y/n, 6 years" she murmured.

"I know Nat, I'm sorry"

"You can turn back around now sweetie" Natasha said sweetly looking at Seven.

"Where's Clint?" You asked Bruce as Natasha went to speak to Seven.

"Clint is with his family. Welcome home y/n, glad you're back" he nodded shaking your hand.

"Thanks Banner. Where's Ste—"

Your heart stopped as Steve walked into the room with Bucky. You cut your eye at Steve before looking at Bucky.

"Sev, get behind mummy please darling. Thor, don't let Loki do anything silly, Seven is here" you said evenly still staring at Bucky who was also looking at you.

"Y/n" he uttered
