The following morning, maagang nagpunta si Grayson sa room ko para ayain akong mamasyal sa labas pero ako, nakatitig lang sa cellphone ko na may pangalan na naka-flash sa screen.
Enzo is calling me . . . and I bet it's about the photo that I posted yesterday.
"Should I answer this?" I asked Grayson who's sitting beside me.
He scoffed. "Eh 'di sagutin mo."
I chuckled. "Kapag sinagot ko 'to, baka magselos ka."
"Bakit ako magseselos?" nakaangat ang isang kilay na tanong niya. "Break na kayo niyan. Ako ang kasama mo ngayon dito. Who won the battle now?"
Tumawa ako sa sinabi niyang 'yon bago itinaob ang cellphone. Mabuti na lang, naka-silent ang cellphone ko kaya hindi nakakairita ang tunog kahit ilang beses pa siyang tumawag sa akin.
"You really won't answer?" he asked.
I shook my head, slightly smiling at him. "I promised someone that I'll do him a favor, and here it is."
And then I remembered that there was a deal that was made! Na gagawan ko siya ng favor in exchange of him, telling me something about that one thing he told me na hindi raw niya kayang panindigan!
"OMG! You owe me something!" I said with my eyes widened.
He laughed. "What? Kiss? Come here, I'll pay you tenfolds!" he said while leaning towards me.
I laughed louder. "Hindi 'yon! You have something to say pala! May sinabi ka that time na you told me something you can't stand for. What was that? I said that I'll do you a favor in exchange of you telling me about that but we seem to forget about it already."
Bahagyang umawang ang bibig niya bago kumamot sa batok. "Wala."
Pinaningkitan ko siya ng mga mata. "Will you tell me that or will I answer this call?" I said, holding the phone where Enzo is still calling.
He smirked. "Try me, then. You won't like it, Summer."
I smirked back. "Okay."
Tumikhim ako bago hinarap ang cellphone. Nakita ko sa gilid ng mga mata na umawang ang bibig niya pero hindi ko na siya pinansin.
"S-Summer . . ."
Hindi ako lumingon sa kan'ya. Pinindot ko ang answer button at itinapat ang cellphone sa tainga, kasabay na lang ng paglapat ng labi niya sa labi ko.
"Hello, Ruth . . ." Enzo said on the other line.
I couldn't answer him. Grayson pushed me to bed as he sucked my mouth.
"Ruth? Are you there?"
Grayson bit my lip that made me open it. A second later, his mouth entered my mouth and that made me moan. I accidentally let go of my phone that made it fall on the floor but I couldn't care about it anymore. I closed my eyes before I wrapped both of my arms around his nape, then I kissed him back.
