Ep. 33: To Be In Love and To Be Loved

After knowing what happened to his fiancée and seeing the CCTV footage her manager has gathered, Seokhoon has become even more protective of Rona. After seeing the CCTV footage, he came to realize how dangerous it is for Rona to roam around all by herself especially there's someone out there who wanted to harm her and damage her.

Seokhoon was more than furious and mad at Ha Eunbyeol for trying to harm Rona. She never failed to amaze Seokhoon at how crazy she actually is. If he knew her as a crazy person, he was actually wrong. Eunbyeol is beyond crazy for trying to setup and harm her stepsister. Only monsters like her are capable of doing something disgusting like that.

When the two of them had a brief, one-week long fling way back in high school but nothing about it was a serious business for Seokhoon. He was just bored when he agreed to be 'in a relationship' with her but he immediately stopped what was going in between the two of them after a week.

All throughout the time they were having a fling with each other, Eunbyeol has been extra clingy, possesive, and made sure to stick with Seokhoon every single time. Seokhoon was the type of person who is very chill and wants to have time for himself. He thought he can take Eubyeol's attitude and play with her for a longer time but he ended up being way too suffocated with her. The breakup was nothing for him. Heck, he is way too uninterested with Eunbyeol in the first place. She was not even his ideal type.

If there was someone whom he considers as his ideal type in woman, it would be his fiancée Rona. Yes, he was a player but he actually had a crush on Rona ever since they were in high school. However, Seokhoon have chosen not to pursue her because she was quite intimidating due to her strong and independent personality. She's not the type of woman who can easily be fooled. Plus he has a bad reputation for he was known as a player. He didn't have the courage to pursue someone as amazing as her with the kind of personality and reputation he has. There were lots of guys who tried to date her but none of them succeeded in doing so.

After that bad encounter with her from the past, they kind of 'hated' each other but they never went as far as quarreling or attacking each other. Seokhoon actually felt a little guilty about mistakening his crush as one of his flings back then and for touching her inappropriately.

But who would've thought that after so many years, fate would play with the two of them and will find themselves entangled in an engagement arranged by their parents? It's crazy to think how their relationship progressed through the years. From being complete strangers to enemies to being engaged with each other through an artanged marriage setup and now, the two of them are already so in love with each other.

He was beyond thankful for having Rona in his life. It's as if Rona was his greatest plot twist in life and the one who gave him direction in life and aspirations that he never thought about before. He met a lot of women in his life but only Rona was able to tame him.

As for Rona, she was also grateful that Seokhoon was the one who was arranged to be married with her. Although they had a bad start, he is already someone whom she fully trusts, treasures, and loves a lot. It's like Seokhoon is perfect missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle of her life. She thought that her engagement with Seokhoon would be the end of great things for her. Little did she know, it was actually the start of an even happier journey for her. It feels so great to love someone dearly and to be loved back by that person dearly as well.

It has been quite some time already since he and Rona got engaged and as time passes by, their love for each other strengthen more than ever.  Their much-awaited wedding ceremony is right around the corner and the two of them are looking forward for the big day to come.

He will not allow anyone to stop the two of them from getting married and he will not allow anyone to hurt, harm, or make Rona cry. He promised himself to protect her, take care of her, and love her for the rest of his life. He will soon coordinate with his parents and his friends Minhyuk and Seojun to search for the truth and to seek the justice that Rona deserves. If Ha Eunbyeol indeed has something to do with what happened to Rona, he promises to let her get what she deserves.
