Ep. 37: Girl Talk

Meanwhile inside Seokkyung's room, she and Rona were sitting down on the couch while talking about different topics that mainly revolved around their daily lives. Seokkyung's cat, Frosty, was sleeping on Rona's lap soundly. Rona was gently stroking Frosty's soft white fur while conversing with Seokkyung.

So, how is your relationship with Oppa going, Rona-yah?

Seokkyung asked Rona for she was curious as to how their relationship were going. As a response, Rona simply nodded and said.

Well....... everything's good between the two of us, Seokkyung-ah. I thought he will be the biggest jerk when the two of us gets engaged however, he was the total opposite of what I expected him to be.

As she heard this, Seokkyung got curious as to what Rona meant by that and couldn't help herself but ask her twin brother's fiancée.

Why? Is he acting decent towards you?

Decent is an understatement. Seokhoon is actually very caring, sweet, and attentive as a partner. He's everything Rona could ever ask for a partner. If he was not a jerk before, maybe she could've had a crush on him when they were in High School.

At this thought, Rona blushed and bashfully looked at Seokkyung who was waiting for her answer.

He is acting sweet, actually. He takes care of me, makes sure that I am okay all the time, he can get possessive and clingy of me at times but he is a great partner over all. He is very attentive of me and continued to prove himself that he is not the old Seokhoon who was a womanizer and a jerk.

Seokkyung smirked at what she just heard. She honestly cannot imaging her Oppa being a responsible partner. What more as a loving, attentive, and committed partner?

Wait, that doesn't sound like Oppa. Come on, spill some more tea!

Uhm, he is actually a big foodie. He usually gets snacks from my cabinet without even asking for my permission.

Rona scoffed a little that made Seokkyung laugh. Afterwards, she continued.

He teases me a lot, bickers with me a lot, amd even annoys me at times by acting stupid. But then, that was before when we were still newly engaged. However, he started to become sweet, clingy, and affectionate after he confessed that he truly likes me.

Rona ended her statement with a smile on her face. Because of what she heard from Rona, Seokkyung couldn't help but squeal and shriek a little due to the warm and heart-fluttering feels she was feeling from her twin brother and his fiancée.

Aww. That's so cute. Oppa is so romantic when he's genuinely in love. But Oppa can really be annoying at times. He used to tease me a lot when we were young. I remember crying out loud whenever he does that.

Seokkyung scoffed and crossed her arms on her chest which made the female sitting across her chuckle. Seokkyung laughed a little as well and continued.

Whenever Oppa teases me, either Eomma or Appa comes to my rescue. Oppa really has this playfulness in him. But despite of him being an annoying brother to me, he tends to be protective of me especially around other boys.

Rona was quite surprised at what she just heard from Seokkyung. She thought Seokhoon was quite chill with Seokkyung and her dating life but it turns out that he's actually not.

Really?

Yes! He's the reason why I've never had a boyfriend back then when we were younger. He literally scared the heck out of every man who tried to date me before.
