As the couple began to walk away from Seokkyung's room, Seokhoon held Rona's hand tightly and guided her towards his bedroom. Because of this, the female got a little startled and looked at the male with a confused expression.

Seokhoon-ah, why are we heading towards your bedroom? Aren't we going back to our apartment?

The male looked at her and gave her his reassuring smile and replied.

In case you don't know, we are staying her in the Penthouse tonight. Don't worry. It will only be for one night and I've packed your essentials in the bag I brought earlier.

The female nodded at him in understanding and together, they went inside Seokhoon's huge bedroom.

Here we are wifey.

It was her first time to see his room and honestly, she liked how the whole room looks. The color was more of neutral shades and compared to Seokkyung's room, Seokhoon's room was more simple and organized. The smell of the room is intoxicating. The room had that same masculine scent lingering that was similar with Seokhoon's scent.

You have a nice room, hubby.

Yeah. And aside from that, I also have a nice bed right here.

Seokhoon sat down on the side of the bed while staring at his soon-to-be wife who was still observing every inch of his room. Rona looked at him and saw his hot stares towards her. With the haziness in his eyes, she could totally sense that Seokhoon wanted her tonight.

Wifey, come sit beside me.

Seokhoon patted the space beside him while still looking at her.

Rona gulped a little and timidly walked towards the bed, eventually sitting down beside him. After that, Seokhoon gently wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her. Seokhoon being randomly sweet makes her heart flutter so much. She hugged him back and silently hugged each other without uttering any single word to each other.

Hubby, are you okay?

Honestly, Seokhoon was not that okay knowing that he had to break his promise to her that he will keep things about what happened to her almost a week ago. He wanted Rona to trust him however, he knew that keeping it as a secret will not do any good to the situation. They badly needed their parents' help and advice.

More than anything else, Seokhoon wanted Rona to have all of the best things in the world simply because she is deserving of it. He didn't want to see her being tormented nor being in pain. He knew that everything was still so fresh for her and that she was still having nightmares about it. She deserved justice for what happened to her.

I'm okay, wifey. I'm just....... tired.

Rona caressed his back and kissed his hair gently while rocking his body back and forth. From those words, Rona knew exactly what he meant. Although she was thankful for having him in her life in this very trying time, she was also sad to see how burdened, troubled, and tired Seokhoon is to give her the justice from what happened to her. Although he's trying not to make things obvious, she knows that Seokhoon is as pained as she is.

Rona's tears started to trickle down her face and started to cry silently. No amount of words would properly express how the both of them were feeling that moment. Through the hug, she hopes that he will be able to translate to him how much he means to her and will be able to let him feel that she loves him.

Seokhoon broke away from the hug and was surprised to see that Rona was silently shedding tears in her place, just like him. He looked straight into her eyes and captured her lips, giving it a sweet and heartfelt kiss.
