Sitting down on the couch inside of their mansion's luxurious living room, Eunbyeol was just scrolling on her phone while waiting for the designers of her gowns to arrive for the final fitting.
As she continued to scroll down her phone, she heard click clacking if high heels approaching her direction. She looked towards the living room entrance and saw her mother coming on her way.
As far as she can remember, she asked her mother to give the invitation to her party to the Joo's. She really wanted Seokhoon to be there in order to orchestrate her plans of having him.
So, have you sent the birthday party invitation to the Joo's, Eomma?
Cheon Seojin just rolled her eyes and sighed tiredly as she sat down on the couch.
I did. One of our staffs sent it to Dantae's secretary.
Eunbyeol stood up from her seat as she heard that the invitation was sent to Seokhoon's father's secretary instead of giving it directly to Joo Seokhoon or his secretary instead.
Dantae ahjussi? Eomma! Why did you have to send it to Dantae's secretary when you can just give it to Seokhoon's secretary? Great! Now the chances of Seokhoon attending my party would be low! Sheesh!
You should be thankful that I did this favor for you. But you know what, I don't think Seokhoon would even bother to come. Ehat makes you think he will? After all, you were the one who pushed his fiancée down the stairs and she almost had a miscarriage, also because of you.
Eunbyeol slapped her thighs harshly as she looked at her mother with fire in her eyes, obviously furious about reminding her of her miserable failed plans.
You don't have to remind me of that! Besides, Bae Rona deserves all of those things. She has stolen everything away from me! I believe that they still don't know the reason behind Rona's fall.
Cheon Seojin scoffed as she heard Eunbyeol's words. As time goes by, she's starting to get more and more ridiculous. Yes, there was a time in her life when she also became dumb but not as dumb as how Eunbyeol is right now.
But don't you think you have to be careful at this point? I don't know where you got your guts to even invite them to your party. I hate to say this but you're so thick-skinned.
If being thick-skinned is the only way for me to get Seokhoon for myself, then I would be very much willing to do that and practically everything even if it means that I have to eliminate Rona and their unborn child myself.
Are you planning to do something dumb again?
Eunbyeol just smirked at Seojin and looked elsewhere as she stood up and said these words with a sinister look on her face.
Dumb? Eomma, I'll make sure that I will not fail this time. Damn her. She really allowed Seokhoon to get her pregnant?!
Cheon Seojin drank tea from her teacup and simply shrugged.
It's smart of her to do so. She just secured her spot in the Joo family. It only strengthened her title as the future Mrs. Joo. The child in her womb, it sealed her position as Seokhoon's wife. The future queen of the next generation of Joo family.
And she thinks I'll allow her to enjoy her life while I suffer here? Over my gorgeous and beautiful body! I'll be Mrs. Joo. I WILL BE!
Just then, a maid came to interrupt their talk.
Excuse me, Madamme. The designers of Miss Eunbyeol's gowns has arrived.
Seojin nodded at her and stood up from her seat.
