The Game of Love (A Seokrona AU)

Ep. 29: Hurt

Laying on the soft and comfortable bed of his hotel room, Seokhoon every now and then kept looking on his phone, checking for any calls and messages coming from Rona. Since he came here in Japan, the last time the two of them talked with each other was two days ago, which was the day before Rona had her photoshoot for a cosmetic product.

Within those two days of having no communication with his fiancée, he couldn't help but miss her and worry for her so much at the same time. It was quite unusual fro Rona not to send him a text message to update him about what was going on with her and day since Rona did it often whenever they're away from each other.

*sigh* Why is my wifey not contacting me? I wonder how she's doing.

Seokhoon sat up on the bed and was about to go to the bathroom to take a shower when he heard his phone alert him of an incoming message. Thinking that it was Rona who contacted him, Seokhoon smiled widely like an excited child and dashed towards his bed to check on his phone.

But to his surprise, it was not Rona who sent him a text message just now. Rather, it was an unknown number.

He got curious about what this message is about and because of this he opened it.

Unknown

Hey baby, I miss you so much already. Do you want to have some fun in my place tonight? I'm craving for you. It's been a long time already.

Seokhoon rolled his eyes and out of annoyance, he locked his phone and tossed it lightly towards the bed. 

Lol, you're not Rona. There's no way on earth I'll do that shit with you.

He thought.

He was way too disappointed with the fact that Rona has not contacted him until now that it made him very sad and worried at the same time.

He was about to stand up from his bed when his phone alerted him of an incoming text message once again. Seokhoon groaned in annoyance and frowned at his phone.

It better not be one of my ex flings or else.......

He looked at his phone to see who sent the message, and once again, it came from an unknown number but it was different from the ones that sent him a message earlier.

He clicked the message open and he almost dropped his phone at the contents of the message.

It was pictures of Rona and a man in a motel.

Shit. What the fuck is this?

There were different pictures attached in the message. There were pictures of Rona and the man going inside the motel premises. There were also pictures wherein the two of them were going inside the motel room but what infuriated him the most was the photograph of Rona and the man on the motel room's bed.

He gripped onto his phone tightly, almost breaking it and unconsciously, he began to tear up as he stared at the pictures sent to him.

Was she seeing someone else all this time I was away? Is she....... cheating on me?

For the first time in his life, he never felt so betrayed, so hurt, and so....... broken. This was the first time that he loved someone dearly. This was the first time he actually became committed to someone. It hurts him that all he got from loving her and committing to her was betrayal. He never saw any of this coming.
